Hi everyone! I'm new here (to this thread and to CS [kind of]). I have two amazing cats, Charlie and Ziggy. They are my whole world. You can see a picture of them in my signature. Ziggy is your typical standard cat. We did DNA test on both of my boys to test for health problems after Charlie had a health scare (both ended up being okay, but Charlie's revealed one possible health risk). So we also got to see their breeds. Ziggy is American Domestic Cat. And Charlie is mostly American Domestic cat with a good chunk of Siamese and a slightly smaller portion of Norwegian Forest Cat. And then very small bits of some other things.

Ziggy is my little drama king, and I adore him. He is 3 but still has such a baby voice. He cries when he's hungry, when he's thirsty (he has access to water in his fountain at all times, but prefers the bathroom sink), when he's bored, when he can't find Charlie, when he can't find a toy, etc. He is also super snuggly, but it took him two years to become a lap cat. Totally worth the wait. He doesn't like to be held and I try really hard to respect that, but he is so cute and it's hard. We call him The Prince of Thieves (I'm sure you can figure out why) and the King of Zoomies (also self explanatory). LOL! His nicknames are Zuzu, Zoomers, Zoomerang, Ziggins, Zigsters, and many variations thereof. His name is really easy to come up with new nicknames. xD

Charlie is very chatty! He LOVES talking! And yelling. If you walk in the room he will greet you or yell at you, depending on his mood and what you may or may not have done wrong. I try to have conversations with him but it's very hard to get a word in edge-wise. LOL! That's how much he talks! He also backtalks. If you tell him no he yells back. If someone asks me a question he will answer for me. He's such a know-it-all. xD I love him to bits. He is very much a lap cat but he's HEAVY! He does have that Norwegian Forest Cat in him so that explains why he is so big, but he is also a couple of pounds over weight. We are working on that with his vet. His nicknames are Charlie Boo, Boo, Boo Boy, Boopers, Boomerang, Boo Winklers, and Charlie Boo Who.

I can't get their pictures to work right but I have two little silly beans. Their names are Licorice and Violet and I love them so much.
Violet is my little baby girl who loves snuggles as long as you are the right person, she's a calico kitty and we are unsure of her exact age but She's around 7-8 years old. Licorice (or Licky) is a bit of a chubby boy due to an old neighbour feeding him treats without asking us and him just not being able to drop the weight, he's fully black and the person who we got him off claimed he's a ragdoll crossed with a Siamese but we aren't 100% sure, he's about four.

Above is Walter the white- he is smol, and is one of seven kittens born to a litter, one of two we kept (he looks respectful here, he popped a balloon right after this picture was taken)

This is a pic of Gizmo the tiny and Archie the doggo, they get along, but don't lay together often, I'm glad I got a pic

My buddy Patches! He's about 10 yrs old, and is a tripod cat. (missing left back leg)
A very sweet and friendly boy, and very photogenic. (ᵔᴥᵔ)

Idk if I ever shared a picture of my little gremlins, so here they are!

Ronja (on the left) aka Ronald, Ronaldinho, Princess, Dino and
Milo (on the right) aka Mils, Meemoo, The Maaan, Little Beyblade, Chatterbox, Pigeon, Thunder Horse 🥰

They were both rescued from a farm, after they had lost their siblings and ma to a dog attack. Especially the little guy needed some special care afterwards; they were so young, we had to teach them everything they normally would've learned from their ma. Ronja is extremely clever, she had already figured a lot of it out when she was rescued, she was litter box trained within two days, but Milo always a little... Forrest Gump-y. Spent every evening grooming the boy with a damp washcloth so he'd learn how it's done. Now he greets me every morning by returning the favor 😆

They are the biggest cuddle bugs and unbelievably sweet and loving. Ronja has a really unique fur (she looks like a classic tabby, but ther there's some ticked white fur in between and even patches of orange. She looks a little like a patchwork blanket. And Milo can't meow. He either goes "eeeEEEEE!! " when he's excited for food or comments every step he takes, every jump he makes, every entering a room by cooing like a pigeon 😂

I have one cat, her name is Milly! She doesn’t live with us anymore but she’s about 8 or 9 years old, I’ll post a pic if it works later she was adopted from the rspca as a kitten and shes kinda grumpy now, but she’s very cute and loves string!
(Pics don’t seem to be working, but she’s a blackish grey and white shorthair kinda cat.)

If you ever want a chatty, moody, and bossy cat, get yourself a tortoise shell. Mine is named Bear and she rules the roost!
