✧- ✦ In order to adopt Vel’ani and participate in the species/ARG, you must create and maintain a storage post on this thread.
✧ You are welcome - and, in fact, encouraged - to create a more in-depth character/lore repository/transaction log either in another CS thread or on a site like Toyhouse. You must still maintain your post in this thread, however.
✦ Please only post your archives in this thread, and only post once. Discussions about trades should be taken to the trading hub or DMs; issues should be reported to a mod or the owner.
✧ It is the responsibility of every user to maintain their own archive post. If you lose an item somewhere because you failed to add it to your inventory when you obtained it like 6 months ago and now you can’t remember what thread the proof was in, that’s on you.
✦ You must try, in good faith, to keep your archive relatively up-to-date. You don’t have to break anything to rush over here and update your post but like, if it’s been a week and you still haven’t removed an item you traded away, I’m gonna poke you about it.
✧ Refusal to remove Vels or items you used/traded/etc from your archive (even when contacted about the issue) will earn you a strike for every violating item. Similarly, trying to use/trade/etc a Vel or item you should not and do not own will also earn you a strike.
✦ I will try to make notes on proof posts about when items are used, but I’m human and therefore I make mistakes. If I make a mistake, please message me so I can correct it!
