★ reminder! some raffle items (unnatural marking and unnatural edit) are account-locked! these items cannot be traded/gifted between users, and are for your personal use only. when these items are applied to a cat, the cat becomes account-locked for a full year from the approval date. attempting to circumvent this restriction will make your item void. please read all item notes before purchasing/using an item.

how the shop works:

★ every 5th catvent prompt (5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th) you complete unlocks a new list of items that you can choose from! you can pick one item from each list you unlock. if you participated in at least one prompt, you’re also guaranteed an item c:

you can the event bank here [link]! if there are any mistakes, please let me (faelyn) know as soon as you can!

★ i don’t understand how to claim prompt prizes from the frog shelves!
first, make sure you know how many prompts you have completed! this is found under the “mini goal” tab of the event bank [link]. once you know this, take a look at the breakdown under the “how the shop works” section here (link).

as an example, if you have 13 prompts completed, you fall into the “10-14” bracket. this means you can claim 3 items—x1 item from the sleepy frog shelf, x1 item from the happy frog shelf, and x1 item from the playful frog shelf! c: feel free to pop by #help-and-questions in the discord or dm me (faelyn) if you have any further questions!

★ what does account-locked mean?
account-locked items cannot be traded/gifted between users! they are bound to the account that purchased them. when an account-locked item is applied to a cat (new or pre-existing), the cat becomes account-locked for a year from the date the edit is approved. this means that the cat cannot be traded/gifted for a full year.

★ does account-locking apply to my items purchased before account-locked items were introduced?
items purchased from previous events (before carrrl’s carrotopia and this one) are not account-locked! only items stated to be account-locked are affected by this restriction.
