GENERAL
- any under circumstance, my work may not be used to train ai.
- i have a right to decline your commission for any reason
- my commissions are for personal use only, you may not use my work for commercial usage. if you would like to this will require further discussion about commercial rights and an extra fee.
- if you do not have a reference of your character and instead give me a description, it will be considered a character design commission instead and the price will reflect accordingly
- commissions are not FCFS unless stated otherwise, openings may be from a few days to a few hours
- you must have me credited as the artist of your piece(s) at all times. do not remove my signature if it is there.
- orders must be CS apropriate
- i'm a forgetful person, NEVER be afraid to poke and ask for updates
- turnaround times will vary, i'm a college student and do not have time to draw all day long (sadly)
- lineart will vary for non pixel pieces. it is determined by which program i use (oekaki or procreate)
- c$/pets must be sent in a trade upon your order being accepted. your trade will be accepted when i'm finished but before your art is posted/sent to you.

- i can accept USD via zelle or paypal, but it must be discussed offsite via discord (whispering.smaug) or toyhou.se
- 1/2 of USD purchases MUST be paid upfront.
