Is this bid I sent unfair to them? I'm honestly kind of confused on what the actual value of the dragon cat PPS is. I've heard it's worth 1 non or more.

Extremely unfair to you. Their pet is worth 0.5MA or 5 rares 2010/2011 while yours is worth 1.5MA or 15 rares 2010/2011.

Yes, it's worth 1 non but due to good demand can get like 1.25n. Your offer is roughly 7MA, so still 3MA under.
