Lightfoot ran to the medicine cats den, wanting to protect Dawnbreeze.

Darkheart raced into the elder's den, seeing that cats were coming in from the area around it. He helped a she-cat and an apprentice fight off the cats.

Dawnbreeze: What is it? Was there another injured cat? She says, sitting up from grooming Iristail.

The tom: Stumbles around, having trouble moving. He collapses.

"No, I just wanted to protect you from the invading cats," she murmured. She saw something moving through the underbruahs and lunged at it. She tackled a cat and bit his neck, sending him fleeing from the area.

The tom: Collapses, unable to walk any further.

"Alright..." she murmured. She walked out of the den and saw a tom collapsed. He didn't smell like her clan, but she remembered what Dawnbreeze said and picked him up, putting him on her back and carrying him to Dawnbreeze. "Found one, he's from Lakeclan," she reported.
