No, you are COPPA if you are under 13 in America.
And also keep in mind that kids (like me) may still be under 13 if they are not COPPA if their parents send in a form.

No, you are COPPA if you are under 13 in America.
And also keep in mind that kids (like me) may still be under 13 if they are not COPPA if their parents send in a form.

You also can't send messages in trades until you post something and a mod approves it.

My rant, no one seems to have the purple sleipnir UFT. They have it in open groups, I offer, and they are all "OMG THIS PET ISN'T FOR TRADE!!! D:<". Well, excuse me for offering on a pet in an open group, that doesn't even have a name or group name as to suggest it's not for trade.
