Rather than a dedicated roleplay, this thread's plot, prompts and characters will rotate on a monthly basis.

This concept encourages our players to exercise with whichever characters they want- including OCs- in a non-commitment based setting. Above all, entertainment value is encouraged, so please have fun!

2. Canon and OCs allowed. You may select a maximum of 2 characters per month
3. Characters will be accepted immediately in most cases; Feel free to post your registration alongside your first reply. Please firstly ensure that the character is not already taken
4. Keep your replies clean; Do not copy-paste previous replies from yourself, this will be considered spam
5. Reservations must be made prior to the prompt rollover. If you have previously played a character and it is reserved by both yourself and another, the latter player will have first selection
5a. Taking another player's regular character in order to harass them is considered bullying and is against the rules

5b. If a character has been claimed early on but has had no activity in over 14 days, another player may request to play the character instead. This will be handled case-by-case

5c. Personal OCs exempt
6. If you are enjoying a prompt and would like to continue with a dedicated group after rollover, you are free to do so
6a. If you specifically do not want your prompt repurposed for any reason, please specify when submitting it

Our first prompt takes place in a modern little suburban town in the middle of winter; At the end of the season, a big ice show takes place at the rink located in the town square. It's what everyone looks forward to, either for the competition, or just to get the chance to skate with their friends and loved ones!

... Or maybe you don't care about that at all! Perhaps you're soaking in the atmosphere, spending time enjoying your break at the park, chatting with baristas at the café, or doing anything else. The world is your oyster. Enjoy the season!

An important figure is hosting a prestigious party─ tonight only─ in the heart of the city. It's the perfect event to attend to extend your influence and meet others. During the middle of the night, the host will be showing off a new item from their business that's sure to rock the world!

... But what's this? From right under the noses of the party-goers, a heist is being planned and operated... Will they be able to snatch the item before the reveal, will everyone see them get away with the prize, or will they be caught and chained? Are they heroes, or villains?

‎‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎‎‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ Swaying... Left, right, left, right... Curve that foot in, and... Teus stopped the video recording of himself with a sigh, already anticipating the fall that was to come. He wasn't one to brood, but it was hard to help it. Sure, he was a beginner when it came to skating and he really shouldn't be so hard on himself- But without someone coaching him like the other competitors, he couldn't help but feel a little helpless!

‎‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎‎‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ... It's definitely not like him to just give up, though. Shoving his phone back into his pocket, Teus shuffled back into the café for his next shift. The blue/green eyed male glanced to his brother. Twitching shorthaired ears and the king (relative to normal cats) tail. Not that he was truly a cat, he just had cat ears and tail and cat like eyes. He also had sharper canines, not that anyone would really notice. Everything else about him seemed completely human. Shaking his head, he played with the bottom of his sweater. He then glanced to his brother, saying “Come on.” The two of them headed for the cafe, going in and finding a worker there. Kadaj immediately said “Hello,” to him. Smiling at the other male.

Cat like blue/green eyes glanced to his brother, when Kadaj spoke. He nodded at him, and twitched his cat ears. His long haired cat tail flicked back and forth, and he walked after his brother. Pausing a moment once at the cafe, to smooth down his gray and black sweater. He then stepped inside, and said “Hello,” to Teus.
