Kayn listened to the Dean's spiel. He raised a brow at his intimidation method at the end. We'll see about that. He brushed it off and began moving with the crowd towards the entrance of the facility where the Dean had returned into. He felt a touch on his arm and looked back. There stood the same girl with the attitude earlier. "What do you want?" He said looking down at her and turned, arms crossed.

Well, okay then. She thought as she regretted asking by how annoyed he sounded. She took in a breath, "Well. I need assistance." He stared sternly, "So?" He shrugged. She was getting irritated, "Sooo, since you're the only one who i've literally ran into, can you escort me? Over half of everyone here is taller than me." Flicking a wrist at a cycloptic creature ahead of them. He didn't care to look. "Escort you? Nah, i'm not some servant of yours. Lost my interest. Forget it princess. He pivoted and started walking.
Princess? Pfft. She thought as he started walking away. She jogged up to him. "No! I didn't mean it like that. Not, escort. How bout... lead?" She nodded her head. "Yes, that's more accurate. Lead the way!" "I said forget it." He said as he continued looking straight ahead and shouldered past several beings that were in his way. "Sorry... Sorry... Excuse us!" She apologized to the creatures and humans he bumped into. She had to run back up to him. That's when he bumped into the same ogre from earlier. The ogre snorted and snagged his arm, causing Kayn to falter backwards.
Kayn caught his footing and snatched his arm back. Alecrity came to a stop and waited a distance behind Kayn.
"Dude! Lay off me!" He said, rightening himself eyeing the ogre. The ogre said something in it's own language towards Kayn. "What?" He asked, irritated with eyes narrowed. The ogre repeated. "I don't know what you're even saying." He said waving an arm in leaving. The ogre snatched it again and tossed him back to the ground with a simple tug using one of it's arms.
Kayn lay on his back at Alecrity's feet. She looked down at him hands on her hips. "He said that 'you're a foolish human'." He looked slightly confused. "So, you speak whatever that thing is? Tell it to let it go before I kick it's butt." With a grunt he got to his feet and started to walk past the ogre again. The ogre stepped in his way.
"I can only understand. I can't speak it. Why do you think i'm here?!" Alecrity shouted at him. Kayn shot a look back at her. The ogre cracked its knuckles in front of Kayn's face.

Maunder

Maunder and Styx were waiting in line to enter the castle when those around them began to turn their heads. Maunder was too short to see the source of the distraction, so they tapped a nearby elf on the shoulder, "Excuse me, can you see what is happening?"

The elf turned in response, "Looks like a fight broke out, and on the first day..."

Maunder missed the rest of the elf's sentence as they elbowed their way through the crowd towards the fight. When Maunder and Styx finally broke through into the opening where Kayn, Alecrity, and the ogre stood, Styx clawed at the edge of her basket. Maunder took her out and held her so they could observe the situation together. Several beings nearby turned in interest and expectation.
