Info:
Amorphagus (Amorphagi) are creatures created for the harry potter universe, Amorphagi are created through a complex ritual of fusing a soul to two fused creatures.

Materials needed:
Hoarcrux (broken or otherwise) or something containing residual energy of the person [optional]
Two different creatures
Magical artifact [optional]

This is a last resort attempt at bringing back the dead, Amorphagi are permanent and may not become human, and when an Amorphagus dies, it can not be resurrected and the soul breaks.
Amorphagi are dangerous, they can still use magic and curses, but do not wield wands or items to focus them.
An Amorphagus resembles the animals/items used in fusion and can speak common languages.
