well... this is awkward, i already gave all my rodent stuff to the cat and i still don't actually know what rodents like. i don't think its a good idea to make them share so uhh let me appeal to their terrifying nature, i guess?
Hey little guy, you sure are fearsome scaring that neil guy! but a stuffy old office isn't worthy of your stature! you should get out of there and come hang out somewhere cooler like inside a giant skull at an ominous cave or a creepy forest, that would really up your scare factor! (i am just causing more problems for people elsewhere but shhh)

How would YOU lure this ghost away?: All good mice monsters are always in need of a diabolical lab to come up with hair brained schemes. I would offer a tiny lab coat, goggles, and a maniacal assistant that can do their bidding for them. You know, pinky and the brain style.
