Alok smiled at her before nodding his head in agreement,"They really are. The craftsmen here really know what they're doing." He complimented as he looked at the bows before looking towards Adeline, giving her another cheerful smile,"They said that they have some weapons in the back that we can use to try out." He told her,"Everything from swords to spears to bows."
Judging from what he saw with her initial reaction to just looking at the weapons, he had a good idea of where things might head. Now, it was to see how things felt in hand and if there was any other direction with that,"Shall we?" He asked.
After some time, Kisa slowly blinked open her eyes and looked around the room as he sat up, wincing a little from her back. It appears that she managed to cry herself to sleep at some point. As she looked around, she realized that there wasn't much to the room, and while the single window did let in some light, there wasn't a whole lot to see. She frowned to herself, no longer wanting to be stuck in the room, not to mention needing a new change of scenery.
The kitsune gingerly threw the blanket off and put her legs over to the edge of the bed, her bare feet slightly testing the floor before putting a little more weight on them. She managed to get herself up onto her feet, biting her bottom lip a little, before she grabbed a square throw blanket and wrapped it around her shoulders. Feeling set, she opened the door and walked out into the hall before carefully moving down the stairs, looking around as she did so.
As she got to the bottom of the stairs, she saw the maiden that treated her rush over to her, exclaiming that she should be in bed resting. Kisa gave a little smile and managed to assure the maiden that she would be alright before slowly moving over to the parlor room. She was drawn over to the shelves of books before one caught her eye. The kitsune gently ran her finger along the spine of the book before pulling it off the shelf, looking at the cover. Deciding on it and then looking for a place to sit, she smiled to see a nice, little bay window with a padded bench and pillows, as well as the sun beaming down on it. Kisa nodded to herself and soon made herself comfortable there with her feet up, blanket covering her, a book on her lap, and a cup of herbal tea that the maiden shortly brought over to her.
