What about dogs or something, there could be thirty or however many days of the month, and each could grow up on a different day. The pattern would depend on the moon/stars position over the north pole. ((Why the north pole? Just so we aren't discriminating other countries. u.u)) Its kinda hard to explain... If anyone knows what the hay I'm talking about, please say so. X3
