does anyone have recommendations for "indestructible" cat toys? not sure what would be good to go for. i have a cat who loves to eat anything and everything, literally. and i just went through him having an obstruction. i've had to take his toys away. all he does is inevitably chew them apart and want to eat them. i've already tried getting a few more durable toys, but no, he can still chew them apart. so just wondering if anyone else here has a little pica monster and have found any toys that aren't hazardous lol.

I’m not sure if there actually are indestructible cat toys? Even dog toys aren’t indestructible unless it’s like maybe a bone (those are usually made to be chewed apart too though.)
So honestly yeah, I’d also like to be told about toys if anyone has actually found ones that can’t be destroyed.
Our cats destroy their toys too (or at least the ones on the sticks/poles…the um…whatever those are, the ones where they’re attached to a pole.)

they do have indestructible dog toys, usually just made of hard rubber makes it hard to tear apart and shred. those have worked well with dogs i've had in the past. but all the cat toys i've found this far marketed as being indestructible looks very much like something he could still tear apart. i've thought about just offering him the dog toys but i doubt that'd peak his interest and i don't want to buy them just for them to lay there.
i would like to find toys i can leave out for him to have access to and i don't have to monitor the whole time. 🥲 i also have 9 other cats besides him so it sucks that they don't have access to toys anymore either other than at night when i lock my other cat up. main thing i've been using with him is the puzzle toys. he loves figuring those out.
@cswolf.
good luck with her spay! poor darling. dealing with a cat in heat can be rough. hopefully she'll be feeling better soon enough 💛
