Lumplens, being originally from space, love going back amongst the stars! While exploring you may find decorations, clothes, collectibles, companions, and even other Lumplens!

🌠 Space Exploration Rules 🌠

1. All normal rules of Lumplens apply.
2. You must own at least 1 Lumplen to explore space.
3. Space exploration runs on CS time (UST). If you're uncertain of if your post is within the time for UST, you can use a converter or change the time settings for your CS board.
4. If you post outside of the set times for exploration, your post will be skipped.
5. It's in your best interest to keep a record of your explorations in order to be eligible for unlocks.
6. The amount of Lumplens you send out at one time won't impact your rewards/rolls.
7. Lumpies may not go exploring.
8. You may decorate your posts, but it still must include the information included in the example code. This includes adding additional sections such as RP should you desire, that's always welcome but not required!
9. Anyone who participates in space exploration is eligible to join Space Scouts! This gives you the ability to get achievements and bring more than one Lumplen with you exploring.
10. You do not HAVE to participate in Space Scouts to get the full benefits of space exploration. You simply cannot send out more than one Lumplen exploring if you're not in Space Scouts.
11. V.1 Lumplens may be used to explore space, if so desired. They must still follow all other rules of space exploration, however, and they cannot have v.2 items applied to their v.1 form.
12. When needing a specific number of explorations to unlock something, only count completed explorations. For example, your first exploration with a Lumplen they have 0 explorations under their belt for requirement purposes. Once you get the results of that exploration, then that number goes up to 1.
13. You may still make Space Scout and purchase posts outside of exploration times.

⍤ Companion Compendium ⍤

1. Once you're Minnow rank/you've explored at least 9 times, you're eligible to bring a companion along with you while exploring.
2. Regardless of how many Lumplens are in an exploration group, only one companion may tag along on a trip.
3. Unlike items, companions cannot be applied to your Lumplen. (They can, however, sit cutely in your co-op archive)
4. Companions are found through exploration and events
5. Companions can also find things while you explore! If you have a companion in your group, they give you a 5% chance of getting an additional roll!

"Hello!" The Lumplen greets as you notice them. "Are you here about the Space Scouts?"

"What are Space Scouts you ask? Well let me tell ya! We're a group of people who like to explore space and learn about all the cool things in it! From planets to asteroid belts and even just exploring the void itself! Of course, our goal is to be respectful. We just know there's cool stuff out there and we wanna learn about it!"

"It's a pretty cool organization actually. I'm the Scout Leader of the Earthen division, name's Shortcut."

You notice all the badges on the sash Shortcut is wearing.

"Oh that? Yeah that's part of the fun of scouts! You get more ranks and perks the more you explore, and there's fun badges and rewards to collect for doing other things, too!" They puff their chest, showing off their badges. "Maybe someday you'll have as many as me."

"If you wanna join, it's totally free! I just need you to fill out a form so I can do the paperwork to get you started. You even get your own sash! Oh, and if you could give the rules a look for me, too, that'd be appreciated. If you have any questions just let me know!"

Space Scout Rules

1. Be kind and respectful! If you meet any other friends out there, remember you don't have to bring them home with you, but if they wanna come along they can!
2. Don't over explore! Listen to the space rules and only go out on the designated days.
3. At most, you can only explore in groups of 3! Please check your specific rank rules to know how many buddies you can have with you (if any!)
4. Keep track of your explorations somewhere! You need proof in order to rank up or obtain badges!
5. Things like planet limitations and companion limitations default to the limits of the highest ranking Scout in your exploration party!
6. Have fun!!

Once you do, you'll also obtain this sash! Multiple Lumplens can join in one form (makes it easier on me), but remember each Lumplen only gets one sash!

⌬⌬ Exploration Locations ⌬⌬

☀ Tirum ☀

Requirements: At least 1 Lumplen who's able to explore

Tirum is a very temperate planet filled mostly with tree-like vegetation. The grass here is a soft blue and the sky on a clear day is a burnt orange. The purple waters are a bit odd at first, but they're not harmful at least! (Not sure if you should drink it tho-)

✧ The Starry Void ✧

Requirements: Minnow Scout Rank/At least 10 exploration trips

Most people call this space, but when you're out there it really does feel like a void. There's a lot more to find than one might think you could in a void, though! Due to it's vast and void-like nature, this is not recommended for Lumplens who've never explored before as they may get lost!

✴ Cym's Collectible Customs ✴

Cym stares at you... you think. They gesture to the sign next to them. It reads, "I'd like collectibles. You'd like Lumplens. We can make a trade."

Well... you weren't really sure what to do with these collectibles, anyway. It's worth a shot right?

Here you can turn in your collectibles in exchange for a custom Lumpie! (The PPS form of Lumplen!) Each location has a set line and requires x1 of each possible collectible (rare and otherwise) from that location to make them.

Using the form here, you'll exchange your collectibles for a ticket! You can then turn in this ticket, whenever you'd like, in the customs/breeding thread. Much like Bday Lumplens, these will be created when staff have time.
