((Oh Lippizanner! I loves Lippizanners!! Anyway, I love the horse idea XD))
Elenwen looked back towards the direction they had come from, the rest of the group really should have a say before they took up this offer. "Perphaps we should go find the others and ask their oppion." she said in a cold voice, she was still cautiouse of this stranger. They knew next to nothing about him except for the fact one of his friends had been caught by the guards. Well, if that was the case then at least he wasn't a complete enemy. She crossed her arms and stayed in the shadows, her brown hair still whipping about her.
Hi. Sorry, but this account has kind of been done for years now.

Adrian Mallobourne of Albava
Hearing Elenwen's words, Adrian paused in his tracks and peered back at her. A light grumble in his voice, it suddenly dawned on him that the others might not go along with this plan so easily. "They are allowed an opinion... but we're going to help this elf-- erm this young man..." By then he had turned back around and began walking toward the tavern again. "If they don't like it.. well, what are we here for at all, if not to help? Now come along, we'll go find the others." Sure, he was somewhat taking over the leadership role at this point, but he would do what needed to be done until Clara told him otherwise.

(( I guess Vethro will just be tending to his horse... ))
"Shhh, boy." Vethro murmured, his voice shaking. He stroked his horse's nose, watching as Destier's eyes closed in comfort. Vethro looked at the ground and raised his hand, finding that it was trembling in fear.
"You've always been so good to me, lad." He began, his heart wrenching. "You taught me how to become a better horseman. You listened to my every cue, my every request. Thank you, Destier. I love you."
The 24-year-old horse nodded his head. Vethro's breath caught in his throat as he glimpsed at the sunken back, tired eyes, and skinny legs. His beloved partner had caught colic a few days ago.
Then, Destier heaved in a shaky breath. His old gray body lowered to the ground, and Vethro's horse curled up.
"No." Vethro choked. Destier took in his last, shuddery breath, then was still.
Vethro gripped onto the stall door to keep himself from falling over. His horse, his first horse, was gone. He blinked back the tears that pricked at his eyes. He was a man. He must remain strong!
Everything was spinning. His horse, deprived of life and spirit, lay before him in an eerie coldness. Vethro squatted down and held Destier's lifeless head in his hands. He stroked it and murmured happy words.
(( Nooo! Not Destier! Poor Vethro.
