Custom Rules:
- Vastral poses cannot be massively changed.

- Vastrals cannot be based on real life people, copyrighted characters, characters you don't own or go against CS rules.

- When transferring a design/pre-existing character you own but didn't make, into Vastrals, you must provide
proof that the designer has given you the okay for it to be transferred to umas/closed species.

- You can only have one shell coupon in progress at a time. You may not apply for more/or have someone post
for you. You can have as many USD orders in progress as you want.

- Shell coupons can only be used once per accepted order, you will have to buy another for your next custom.

- USD prices may differ from artist to artist.

- Artists may have specific forms or code words for their openings, make sure to read through their information
properly so you are not declined.

- Artists are allowed to decline a custom for any reason.

- Artists have 2 months to complete an order, after that you are entitled to a refund. (Unless they let you know
about any delays that you have accepted)

$5 for standard/Recolor Vastrals
$10 for custom Vastrals
