" Greetings, greetings.. welcome to my Mirror Maze~. while I admit, I have let a few things get out of hand.. that's why your here! You find out what's lurking in my maze, and I give you free entry! See what you can discover, and I'll let you go ahead and keep what you find, hm?"

Oh. Did I say something is lurking? Haha.. no, I was.. joking.. it's a very, normal mirror maze! Just don't get lost!"

Each day, you may scavenge once through the mirror maze before rollover and participate in the story.

This booth is a ROLEPLAY booth. You will decide once a day a path you choose. There will be 3 paths to choose from. Most commonly, you will get glass shards. But if your lucky, other rewards occur..

You are free to have a meesk companion. If you do not have a meesk of your own, you can use Mirage [the booth NPC] or Pixie,[the species Mascot.

Each day there will be a new prompt/piece of the story. To participate and scavenge, you must write a [minimum of two sentences] Of you (and your meesk companion if you have one! You can also just rp your meesk/as your meesk: or alone.] it makes things more fun!

DAY ONE

𝙋𝙍𝙊𝙈𝙋𝙏


𝙈𝙄𝙍𝘼𝙂𝙀> " So this is it, hm? Glad you took me up on that offer. Nobody else said yes. So.. I was gonna just give up. Anyhow, Just take that entrance over there!" Mirage smiles, his eyes glowing in the dim light as one of his paws points to a glowing door in the hallway.

As you step closer, it seems to glow brighter as the door automatically opens for your arrival. Inside is a vast array of mirrors.. You see your reflection on every one of them- Some even.. unnatural. As if it wasn't really you.

You shake off the nagging feeling and step in. You hear mirage say goodbye as the door shuts behind you- leaving you alone in the vast array of the mirror maze. "Don't get lost!~" his words echos in your mind. This might be harder than you thought. What were you even supposed to "discover" anyway? It seemed normal.

As you wandered along the twisted and dark paths of the mirror maze, your reflections mimicking your movements as normal. It's you. Of course.. why would it not be normal. You come along a stop. There's 3 pathways.. Which one do you pick?



PATH A. Take a left. The mirrors are wonky- misshapen and abnormal, but in a sense. The silence draws you in to the vibrant and strange shapes..

PATH B. Forward. It leads to what looks like an endless checkered floor of different pathways, and the lights flicker above, the walls twisting, the colors monochrome and dark.

PATH C. Take a right. Neon lights cover the walls, arcade flooring. Almost like an old arcade themed mirror maze. There are neon signs along the walls, And the reflections glitch every once in a while.. that's normal, right?..

I think I see something dart by my paw into the darkness, but as I look around there is nothing to be found, aside from my own reflection staring back at me...A chill runs through my fur and I think to myself, did my reflection just...wink at me? I shake my head and continue on my path. It couldn't have. It's just my nerves causing me to think this way. A creak in the distance makes you think otherwise...Or is it my reflection?

Writing: Durango stops and thinks for a few seconds before inevitably deciding to take a right. The neon lights make him feel more secure than the wonky mirros, anyway, even if they make his eyes hurt a little bit. It's easier to get scared in the dark.
