As you tread deeper along the old, winding sidewalk, a chilling breeze wraps around you, raising goosebumps on your skin. The pavement beneath your feet shifts ominously, smooth stones cracking into jagged patches where gnarled roots snake out like skeletal fingers, eager to trip you. You barely regain your balance after a massive root almost takes you out, the rough surface sending a jolt of unease through your body.

The air thickens with an unsettling weight, and the rustling leaves above beckon your gaze upward. An ancient door stands before you, its peeling paint whispering secrets long buried. A colossal cauldron sits on the porch, shadows swirling within, hinting at dark rituals lost to time. The atmosphere is charged, as if the very air is holding its breath, waiting for something sinister to unfold.

You squint, and your heart skips a beat as you spot a green figure perched on the deck. She stirs the bubbling cauldron with a massive wooden spoon, the liquid within shifting through a spectrum of unnatural colors. As you lean in for a closer look, tendrils of pink smoke begin to seep from the pot, curling toward you like ghostly fingers. You jump back, fear tightening your chest as the smoke drifts down, enveloping the ground in an eerie haze.

“Oh, hello there, trick-or-treater! Welcome to my humble abode,” a green and white kalon with a green robe cackles, her eyes glinting mischievously. “I’m Magnolia. Care to assist me with my Halloween brew?” She stirs the potion one last time, and a brilliant blue flash erupts, illuminating both your faces in an otherworldly glow. With a mix of dread and curiosity, you nod hesitantly, and Magnolia’s smile widens, revealing a hint of something ancient and knowing.



Welcome to Magnolia's Trick or Treat Door! This mini-game is part of the Kalon 2024 Trick or Treat Event! This door will be open when the lights are on and Magnolia is brewing her famous Halloween brew. Think of shadows that stretch and twist in the moonlight, the chill that crawls up your spine when the wind howls through the trees. I need something that embodies that essence. Something that crackles with the thrill of the unknown and carries the whispers of restless spirits. Perhaps a lock of hair from a midnight wanderer, or a piece of graveyard soil infused with the sighs of long-forgotten souls? The night is filled with possibilities, and I know you can feel it too. So, tell me, what will you bring me? Something that pulses with energy, that radiates the very essence of Halloween. Together, we can weave these elements into a brew that will send shivers down the spine of anyone brave enough to sip it.” She leans closer, her eyes sparkling with anticipation, urging you to uncover the perfect ingredient from the depths of the eerie night.
