eries has ended in the pokemon world tournament stadium of unova!! although the league c
hampions have each fought hard and true, it was sinnoh's champion who surpassed the othe
rs and won over the entire tournament. confetti and anthems abound, now it's everybody's u
nspoken wishes to just lay down, relax, and have a chill time now that it's all over! following
the end of this year's world coronation series, the hoenn champion invited the top 6 champi
ons for a relaxed gathering at her seaside villa in undella town; old friends reunite, new face
s appear, and rivalries (hopefully) cool down, who knows what else would happen when 6 of

this year’s champion of the world coronation series is none other than the strongest traine
r in all of sinnoh: the victor. orphaned and thrown on the streets when he was young, the v
ictor only had the company of his pokemon. his skills in battling eventually caught the inte
rest of the local trainer’s school, whose administration eventually granted the victor with a
scholarship. the victor was mentored by the savant, whom he met during his travels to the
unova region. the savant would always say that his wife, reigning champion of hoenn, is the
best trainer that he knows. last year, the victor suffered an apparent defeat on the hands o
f the savant’s wife, the diva. now back stronger than ever, the victor managed to reach the
peak of the world coronation series and defeat her, earning him the monarch title. the vict
or has a strong rivalry with the dragontamer incited by the latter’s defeat on the hands of t
he victor at the world coronation series in the previous year

enn region, a title which she has held ever since she was 24 years old, and the presiding ceo
of the devon corporation. although many have noted negatively on her rather self-absorbed
and harsh attitude, few can speak of her battling skills in the same light. the diva is well-re
spected as a trainer both in and outside of hoenn, no doubt due to how long she has maintai
ned her crown as the region’s champion with her team of alluring pokemon. the diva is the
wife to the unovan champion, the savant. each year, the pair hosts a party after the annual
world coronation series. this year, the diva and the savant has arranged an intimate gatheri
ng in their beach house in unova’s undella town for a calm, seaside wind down. the diva was
a mentor to the showman, and was almost moved to tears when she found out that the latte

placing third at this year’s world coronation series is the champion of the unova league. the
savant bears many an achievement on his belt, not only is he the strongest champion in all
of unova, he is also a well-renowned pokemon professor, chief curator of the nacrene muse
um, and a regular visiting lecturer in many prominent universities. the savant is noted by j
ournalists to be quiet shy and reserved, and does not really enjoy the limelight that champ
ions inherently find themselves in. despite this (or maybe because of this), his bookish nat
ure struck the heart of the diva and, notwithstanding their contrasting personalities, the t
wo dated for three years before eventually getting married. like his wife, the savant has m
any mentees under his wing, chief among them is the victor, the savant’s most rebellious y
et skilled student. remembering that the victor was defeated by the diva prior made the f
ormer’s victory this year sweeter. although the savant shares the disappointment of his wi
fe’s loss, he can’t help but feel extremely proud of the victor regardless

the undefeated champion of the indigo plateau ever since she was 17 years old. just like he
r father, former champion lance, the dragontamer is famed for her fearsome entourage of d
ragon-type pokemon, matching her rather tough and no-nonsense exterior. despite her you
ng age, the dragontamer is a strong leader of the her regional league. when johto reneged
from its league treaty with kanto to establish its own pokemon league separate from the in
digo plateau, it was the dragontamer who negotiated with johto diplomats and eventually s
ustained the indigo plateau as the final destination for both kanto and johto trainers. the d
ragontamer suffered immense defeat on the hands of the victor in last year’s world coronat
ion series, so much so that she incited a public rivalry against him. the dragontamer is close
friends with both the showman and the enchantress, and has known one another since their
time in galar’s master dojo a decade ago

known as lady dusk, the enchantress is the newly appointed champion of the galar region. h
aving been coronated just two years ago. she is famed for her powerful team of ghost, dark,
and fairy-types, illustrating the mysterious air around her presence. unlike the former cham
pions of galar, the enchantress rarely makes public appearances, spending her time meditat
ing and training in the isle of armour, where she maintains the master dojo given to her by f
ormer champion leon. despite her rather antisocial attitude, the enchantress found a friend
in both the dragontamer and the showman. the enchantress is known for being able to instr
uct her pokemon with mere movements and has won battles where she did not even speak a
single word to her pokemon. this unique and extremely difficult strategy managed to land h
er a spot as one of the masters eight in this year’s world coronation series

as the only son to former champion diantha, it’s to no one’s surprise that the showman ev
entually grew up into an extremely powerful trainer in his own right. at 16, prior to challen
ging the kalos league, the showman went under public scrutiny when rumours abound clai
m that he only made it through the gym challenges due to his mother’s influence. allegatio
ns of nepotism eventually pushed the showman into a pit of depression, even considering q
uitting his career as a trainer. it wasn’t until the dragontamer and the enchantress, two of
the showman’s closest friends, introduced the showman to the savant and the diva, champ
ions of the unova and hoenn league, respectively. the showman, driven to prove his critics
wrong, eventually requested one-on-one training with the diva. within three long years of c
onsistent mentorship with the latter, the showman adopted new strategies in his battles. t
his newfound skill helped him earn the champion title of the kalos league at 20 years old a
nd managed to bring him to the masters eight in this year’s world coronation series
