how does everyone keep track of who they've sent messages to?

I use a channel in my personal discord server to keep track of who I've visited and who hasn't sent a message or trade yet (so I can revisit them if needed) it's the easiest for me since I'm often on mobile!

I make my own excel with green and red colours to indicate who I can still visit / have visited and the other way around!

i visit chickensmoothie on mobile, so i have a list
of all the numbers on my phone. i use emojis to
help me track! the door emoji means i’ve knocked
and i’m waiting for them to respond, the candy
emoji means they sent me a treat or i sent them
a treat, the ghost emoji means they sent me a
trick or i sent them a trick!

i only allow one visit per user, so once i visit them
& they visit me, i’ll delete the number from my list.

Featured Users



Featured Users is a way for users to get noticed when they have their lights on. We will occasionally go through the list of users and randomly pick out 10 who have their lights on and post those 10 in a Featured Users.

You will still need to check the lights status of the users! Don't send them messages unless their lights are on. Their lights may be on at the time I post the list, but they may change their status before you see it, so always check.

Additionally, please do not quote/repost this if you are commenting on it.

how does everyone keep track of who they've sent messages to?

I have a Google Sheets document with some conditional formatting for counting tricks vs treats and color coding tricks vs treats and counting how many messages I've sent out. I copy and paste the player list into it and have a new tab for every year.


Anyone that's still waiting on treats from me, I am so so sorry. I ended up with some sort of flu-like virus from Friday night through last night. I've gotten through everyone that sent me a message on the fourth and before, I'll get through the rest tonight before I turn my lights back on.

I've gotten a few numbers twice but it's helping me find players that I would have missed because they joined later! does anyone else do this? how's it going?

i keep a list of everyone's i've sent my story too and received stories from! it's helped me keep track of who i've already visited and how many times c: i try not to visit the same people too often, just because i feel bad doing so lol. i have noticed that i can kind of remember who i've sent/received which has definitely helped me find new people at a glance.



I have reached over 50 visitors so far! So exciting!


let's go! i love seeing everyone's dressups. i've noticed a lot of cats/dogs so the fews horses, and even a cool rat, have been super exciting to see!
