I pour cereal first. I need to know how much cereal I’m eating to put the correct ratio of milk to it (right below the top of the cereal).

Cereal first 100%!! Milk first people, does your cereal not float on the top & make a crust of cereal on top of the milk?! XP (but honestly, I will also happily eat my cereal dry with no milk, so maybe I'm biased!!)

Cereal first!! Except for one case- fruity pebbles. I keep the box with me and pour in bits at a time because if you put the cereal then milk or all the cereal at once it gets all soggy and doesn't taste as good 3:<
