CS user cuddlebearkills actually created a Chrome script that can help you with mass selecting pets in trades. You probably need to be on PC to take advantage of this capability though.

I support this being added as a site feature! User scripts are a great bandaid fix but I'm sure many users would prefer a feature like this to be in-site! :3
