I went ahead and dropped a suggestion for the bats to have their own collection subgroup. I find it strange they are a near yearly addition that has no collection group of their own.

Speaking of hoarding something everyone else did, I finally got 20 of my own soot caterpillars.

I initially didn't hoard them but held on to my extras just in case I did. Once the rarities came out they were much easier to find.

Unfortunately I'm still missing 4 from the last summer event and I have not seen one In a while. I'll probably see some during the Halloween event but I'm going on a trip, so I probably won't be doing much trading.

I've been preferring smaller hoard mostly because my endless ones consume so much trade fodder

The bats having their own collection group would be amazing. I remember when cs didn't really have item categories as defined as they are now, but now even with plushies having their own group finding these guys is a tedious process lol.

Collecting the star baubles just for them now, I got enough Konpeito I think (or if not, they're easy to pick up from the l&f haha)

i FINALLY reached 215,000 adult rats, alongside my 16,000 pps rats.

am i the only one having issues with sending trades for hoard pets ?? no one wants to trade bulk anymore. every trade i've sent has had to be like for 10-20 rats each. whew

I technically like trading for loooots of stuff at once, I'm just terrible at keeping track of what I'm offering, then proceed to cut it down to a size my brain can process, and then proceed to worry that I'll annoy people if I keep coming back for more trades lolol.

"Give me 30 xyz for this pet"? You got me! "Taking bulk offers" I have a singular braincell rotating in my skull and the prospect of accidentally under-offering will now instantly stop it from working. Sorry!



I'm super close to finishing all of the 2024 hoards that I started since coming back! Just waiting on a few pending trades to hopefully get accepted :D
Very excited; that's 12 hoards completed this month so far.
I'll keep trying my approach of adding hoard pets to my wishlist in batches, otherwise it feels so daunting to me to see them in people's trade groups and having to choose how many I can offer on.

I've finished two 2023 ones already while cleaning up 2024, too!

Finishing a year's worth of hoards also means I could finally focus my remaining funds for that year on pets for my endless hoards! 2023 has several really adorable pastry-themed pets (croissant rats my beloveds) and I can't wait to go ham on acquiring those.

I've been working with a point system of sorts for bulk trades. I've been trying to auction off rares for bulk and I use C$ amounts to use as a "point" system. I never did the 2:1 when going one rarity up, but with the new rarities I feel it's acceptable and a 2:1 ratio makes it much easier to do bulk trades. Also if the bulk pets are in a group, the CS helper makes it extremely easy to find totals.

Other than that, I really prefer smaller trades because it's easier for my brain to make sense of it.

They were tokens from a couple years ago. I usually end up hoarding some kind of token and in the case of the 2013 summer event....I hoarded about half of them.

Two of my single outcome BW hoards just hit 100!



104 of the orange one and 114 of the rainbow one so far.

I think the whole litter of mini dragons will be next since they are at 84.



My whole litter of birthday BWs hoard is at 1,544 and I'm still constantly finding more, so I'm curious if that'll get to 2,000 eventually.



My every spider (except scorpions because I think they're their own thing and that one PPS eyeball in a web that I think looks odd) group is at 720, so they'll most likely be the next 4 digit group.



The whole litter of these dogs is at 353 and I'm also still finding these everywhere, so I'm hoping to get that group to 500 soon.
