Lightclan

[Spiritstar3]

Lightclan is not your typical clan. They are a group of former kittypets and loners. They have been working extra hard to prove their selves. This is because the clans out in the forest think they are a joke…and make fun of them for calling themselves a clan.

However, they have been proving themselves. They have been showing that kittypets and loners can work as a clan and survive. They are led by Lightstar and his mate Salem. Alongside them are the deputy and the medicine cat (Lightstar’s sister is the med cat, the deputy is her mate).

camp/Territory

Camp-
Is within an old building and the surrounding acreage. The place appears to be a hotel or manor that was never actually finished. There is a single Sakura tree that was brought there and planted. That is where the den of the two leaders is. The medicine cat den is under a willow tree to the left diagonal. It has two entrances, and both med cat and apprentice live there. Deputy’s den is a few feet away. Under a spruce tree or what they assume to be a spruce tree. The nursery is to the right diagonal of the Sakura, under a maple tree. The warriors’ den is around the other side of the Sakura. Feet away is the apprentice den, under a lilac tree. The elders den is near/under a nice and healthy ash tree, and there is a person that still maintains the grounds.

Hotel/manor-
The cats use this as a place for meetings and ceremonies. They can also go here if there are very bad storms.

Water sources-
There are two streams, what one could call a river, and a small pond.
They can swim in the river and pond, and catch fish and small prey at all these places.

The meadow and horse barn-
Is behind the building.
It was meant to be a horse barn, but the cats can now use it to run and train in.

The forest-
There are three other clans within the large forest. They all are not quite nice to Lightclan…

town-
Not tiny but not huge, people know their neighbors. They also are nice to cats, and feed the ones that will allow them to.

The pretty and cute mediumhair black cat yawned a bit. They blinked beautiful blue-gray eyes, and rolled onto their side. They then sat up, sighing. The white jawed one, with a white forehead streak, licked at their white chest streak, then white toes. They then flicked their white tipped tail back and forth. They glanced towards their mate a moment.

The pretty white longhaired she cat yawned a bit. She blinked golden and blue heterochromatic eyes, then looked for her apprentice. Sighing, she shook her head a couple times. “Pearpaw, are you in here?” she called, hoping the other actually was.

The dark brown male stretched out on his side. He rolled around for a moment then sat up, licking some of his short fur back into place. Dark amber eyes glanced around for a moment. He then got up and left the den, having been lying on the floor as he’d rolled around.

The pretty and cute but somewhat handsome one was outside camp. The silver kitty was wandering around, and smelled another cat. They blinked green eyes, and followed the scent to…somewhere. Cautious, they called out “Who’s there?” and waited.

The golden colored kitty was still in the apprentice den. They were still sleeping, though the others were probably already up by now. The medium length furred one yawned a bit. Light brownish eyes were still closed, but the yawn showed he was waking up.

The pretty longhair she cat was in her nest in the nursery. The chocolate tortoiseshell looked to the others in the nursery. She purred as she looked towards one in particular, Flowerpuddle. The ambery eyed she cat then looked to her kits, and licked at them.

The handsome but pretty longhair cat yawned a bit. Seeing as the black cat was older, this of course made sense that he’d be tired. Blue-gray eyes blinked open after a bit. He glanced to the other two elders in the den, one of which happened to be his crush.

The pretty and cute tuxedo kitty yawned. The sectoral eyed one then let out a small breath, which could have been a sigh. Said blue and green eyes looked around their makeshift den. The dustyish darker pink nosed one then left the den, and began to wander.

The souls of the cats who came before, danced in the river below. It was their time to leave. The two spirits bowed, saying their goodbyes. “Take a Micah stone and cast it into the water as you say your goodbyes.” They casted theirs and waited for Whisper. The cats nodded to each other and Whisper padded away. When Whisper had gone, the ripples in the water calmed. Then a voice rang out.

She nodded. The stone splashed and sent ripples along the water as the image of spirits faded. They went their separate ways and Whisper stepped into the shrubbery. She went further and further into the forest until she found the field. She spent most of her time here. It’s the closest thing she could have to a home. She sniffed the air. Something new… “Aha!” She said as she gracefully pounced on a feather. It was small, but it was different colored. A yellowy green. She tried to nudge it as best as she could behind her shoulder blade so it would stick. Eventually, it got caught in further and stayed there. A new accessory!

The white and light grey colored Tom was slowly waking up. He had slept well for the most part and was happy to have his lovely mate Salem by his side. "Goodmorning Salem." He purred to the other as he nuzzled them, his purrs growing in volume.


Firedapple/90 moons/Tom/Elder/Elders

Firedapple woke with a bit of a start. The old Tom hated nightmares and boy did he have one. He shook his head to clear it, his body aching from the colder weather. He sighed softly before looking to Soryn, a fellow Elder. "Goodmorning Soryn." He mewed, his voice a bit gruff from sleep.




Echopaw/7 moons/Mollie/Apprentice/Jackelpaw

The pretty torrtie mollie was awake, but still in her nest. She had slept rather well and was comfortable at the moment. She glanced over at a fellow Apprentice Jackelpaw who also seemed to be waking up. "Goodmorning Jackelpaw." She mewed softly as not to wake the others.



Dappleshade/27 moons/ Tom/Warrior/ Dustbreeze

The big black and white tom strode into camp with Dustbreeze at his side. The two had gone hunting and between the two of them hafld brought back a decent amount of prey. They dropped it off at the pile. "Good hunting today Dustbreeze." He mewed to the other tom cat.


Dustbreeze/37 Moons/Tom/Warrior/Dappleshade

The brown colored Warrior had been out hunting with Dappleshade. He padded beside him as they came back into camp with quite a bit of prey. He set his on the pile and nodded to Dappleshade. "Yes I agree. Good hunting today." He said, his voice deep and gruff.



Minxrunner/30 moons/Tom/Warrior/Open


Minxrunner was out and about of the territory. He wasn't sure what he really wanted to do. He decided to flop down in some sunlight as it was a bit cool out and he wanted to warm up a bit.

The pretty and cute mediumhair black and white cat purred a bit. They nodded at their mate, saying “I love you so much. Um…anyway…how did you sleep last night?” they asked. Their ears had gone back after saying they loved him, as if they’d grown shy from saying that.

The green eyed silver kitty let out a small mew. They continued to head towards the scent, scents, they seemed to have caught. They soon came to a river, and tilted their head. They only saw one cat, so the other must have gone somewhere else. They wondered what the other cat was doing down by the water. The other cat didn’t seem to be fishing. They approached a bit closer, then said “Hey. I’m over here,” they said, so they wouldn’t startle the other cat or the companion, wherever the second cat was.

RavenMask let out a small yawn as he awoke, his body aching slightly as he stretched his paws out in front of him. The small tom blinked a few times before slowly pushing himself up into a standing postion. With a small huff of breath, the black male slowly took a few steps towards the elders den opening and stuck his head out. His nose scrunched a bit as the cool, crisp air washed over his face. The small elders ears perked up as Soryn spoke and with a small grunt, RavenMask pulled his head back in. RavenMask stayed quiet, his mind still groggy from sleep.

BerrySplash had already been up quite early, hoping to get a little fresh air near the stream alone. Her tail tucked over her paws carefully as she sat near the stream. "What a beautiful morning." She mumbled to herself quietly as she gazed at the ripples in the water. BerrySplash untucked her tail and started to paw at the ground, hoping to find a shiny new pebble to take back to camp with her.

She woke up as the father of her kits walked to the den, she had mixed feelings about him being there. She was in love with the tom only a little while ago, but she hated what kind of male he was, but she still let him be in their kit life "Thank you" she meowed rather coldly to the warrior. She ignored the warrior as she turned to see the other queen of the nursery, who also seemed to be awakened "Good morning Patchpelt" she mewoed to the other mother cat as she stood to sit down.

She had awakened for a while now just watching the other queen's kits playing with each other there but was a little too lazy to do anything at the moment. She looked over to their father, sensing the tension between her parents, but ignored it.

He watched the two other kits playing as he walked to them "What are you two doing?" he meowed at them, looking at Sedgekit as he hissed at his sister "Did someone woke up on the wrong paw?" he meowed.

They looked over to their father as he came there to bring some prey, they were not that hungry at the moment so they focused on following their brother and watched the other two kits "Are you two hungry?" they asked them.

The large dark grey tabby with a nasty scar over his face watched as Thinderslash walked over to the nursery, hoping that his sister knew how to behave around him now, there had been arguments between the two earlier and he needed to calm the situation.

He was out to do some small solo hunts to take some fresh meat to his kits, and his former mate, if she wanted to eat anything he caught. He took two mice to the nursery and dropped them over the queen and the kits " I bought you and the kits some breakfast..." he meowed to her gently but noticed the cold answer he got from her. He sighed as he padded out of the nursery.

She was out of the camp taking her time to enjoy the morning. She didn't really hustle anything even if she knew that she could likely hunt something when getting back to camp, but for now, she just enjoyed the fresh forest air. She looked over where the sun warmed the grassy area there, noticing a familiar figure of Minxrunner here "Oh, morning Minxrunner...I see you get out of the camp to enjoy the forest as well" she meowed to him.

She was practicing the herbs at the herb den as she was not that tired to need more sleep and she was very bored too. She sat there not touching anything, just watching and memorizing things, flicking her ears over the medicine cat "Yes I am here?" she meowed in response.

They decided to be productive this morning and took some prey to the elders, it was not much as there was not much at the pile, before the warrior brought some fresh meat to the pile. The unique furred diluted tortoiseshell took a squirrel to the elder's den "Morning everyone I got you a squirrel...I know it's not enough for you all, but I will go to snack mice or two if you want?" they meowed.

The silver tabby was sleeping late, he had a little hard time getting any sleep last night so he was still very tired after waking up. He knew not to lag too long, so he got out of the warrior's den, stretching his tired muscles, and shook his fur a bit. His eyes looked over to the two cats walking back to camp "Good morning gentlemen...I see you were already very productive this morning..." he meowed with a little smirk.

The white warrior was out alongside her sister, not much luck in hunting as her fur color was just too easy to see and she was not the best one at sneak attacks, which could be a thing she could need to master as otherwise she could not catch anything. She sighed as she looked over to her sister with annoyance "Fine, go ahead" she meowed as she turned toward the stream to take a drink "Hm you're here too Berrysplash" she meowed to her as she noticed her at the stream.

She was out hunting with her sister, but unlike her sister, she had a little more luck on her side, she eventually caught two mice and almost a bird, but the flying thing was faster than her. She turned to her sister "I will see if I can find more birds or something bigger" she meowed to her as she shook her tail a bit "Okay" she meowed as she continued her search for larger prey. She noticed some birds near the tree, and started to stalk them, but got her focus on something else. A stranger cat walking there, unaware of her there, could she do a sneak attack or could she be actually nice to the cat who seemed to be a little older than she was?
