their pet is the orange heavy stripe dog, worth 10 old rares. your three store pets are worth 2 old rares each, your 2018 rare is 12-15 c$ worth and the 2020 rare is around 10 c$. your side is worth a little less than 9 rares, so they're overpaying.

I personally think you're overpaying. I know it has demand but it's usually going for 100C$-ish, so like 0.3MA. This is 0.6MA on your side.
