It's 1MA of value on both sides, so it's fair. Depends on which side you prefer ^^ If you want their pets, it's a good option. If you would use them as trading fodder, your side is better to trade away.

They're overpaying. Your pony is 15 to 20C$ of value.

Their side is 2.73n to 2.95n IMO, so still under.

1st trade: 1.6MA on their side for 1.5MA on your side. I'd say their side is better due to the corgi being a store.
2nd trade: 3.5MA on your side for 3.2MA on their side. Your side is looking better imo.

Is this trade fair? I’m not as experienced with trades over .5 ma worth and even then I’m a little confused sometimes ^^ any help is greatly appreciated!

You'd be overpaying. It's 1MA on their side for 1.9MA on yours.

5MA of value on their side for 4.9 to 5.1MA on yours, so fair. No side has obviously more demand than the other, so it's up to you which side you prefer (:
