i'll try to get another post up tomorrow! i'm working seven days straight and feel trapped in one long day rn, so i've not had much time. sorry gang ^^'

also, wanted to remind everyone of the plot since we've finally started! oh, and another reminder - roseclan's camp is in a cave behind a waterfall; the warriors and apprentices don't have dens, their nests just line the outer edges of the cave. c:

RoseClan hasn't been directly given a prophecy yet.

Nonetheless, the forest has felt darker as of late. The medicine cats have had dreams of danger - though what this danger is, no cat can say, or even find a clue for. In the last couple of seasons, cats have gone missing. Every couple of moons a cat will just vanish - from their patrol, from training with their mentor, even from their nest. No scent trail or blood remains, no sign of any sort of struggle. Cats have been on edge since the beginning of new-leaf, and now that green-leaf will soon be coming to a close, the tension has only risen. Patrols must be manned by at least four warriors, this not counting any apprentices present; no cat younger than twelve moons is allowed to leave camp alone. Cats not patrolling have been instructed to keep close to the camp, not to hunt at the territory's edges.

Featherpaw is a soft and loving she-cat. She's very devoted to her job as a medicine cat and wouldn't trade it for anything in the whole entire world. She loves helping her clan mates. Featherpaw, having been mentored by Olivedapple, gained the trait that the medicine cat has of not taking it when a cat won't listen to her directions. She usually gets along with everyone, or at least the medicine cat tries to get along with everyone, but sometimes she just can't get a cat to like her.

Featherpaw was born in a litter of two, just her and her brother Wingstep. They stayed closed when they became medicine cat apprentice and a warrior apprentice respectively, unlike some siblings who grow apart if they get different jobs within the clan. Her mother died when she was 10 moons, due to a fox attack, and Featherpaw has been working harder ever since, hoping to keep all her clan mates alive as long as she can.

Hiddensun is a soft spoken and quiet tom.He doesn't often speak his mind,and more communicates with his body language then words themselves. He has a hard time getting to know others because of this,and most cats choose to avoid him. The tom doesn't much understand that he can't hide away in his little shell forever if he ever wants to make friends and be happy like everyone around him is,no matter how hard his siblings try to explain this to him,he still doesn't understand.

Hiddensun had a mate before,her name was Distantstep. She was a gorgeous, dark brown cat,and had dark amber eyes that blazed like the setting sun. He was deeply in love with her,and he thought she felt the same about him. It turns out he was wrong,dead wrong, and the cat he loved with all his heart was only using him and was in love with another. He only found out after she told him,which was about a moon after she lied about expecting his kits. Maybe this is why he's even more shut off from the world than he was before,who knows. {i'll write more later i'm lazy lol}

Lilypaw is often distracted by the silliest of things, and he has a fascination with bugs. Most of the time he is out in the territory exploring for new types of insects, and just inspecting them. He is a very silly tom, and loves to make jokes, though most of the time no one understands them. He's a bit of a scatter-brain, and isn't the brightest bulb on the shelf, but that doesn't really matter. He's a good cat, and tries his best.
