• the 2011 rare bunny is worth 25-35C$ & the 2012 extremely uncommon dog is worth 6-8C$ making the total value 31-43C$ for the bunny and dog together
• that being said, the total value of the pets being offered is 33C$ at the lowest and 83C$ at the highest
• it's not extremely unfair, but, i'd say some pets on the offering side may need to be removed to balance out the value. (i'm personally basing the value by how much in C$ every pet goes for. if the value on one side adds up to or is similiar/close in C$, i'd say that is a good balance! ^_^)

• their side is slight overpay! it values up to 29-44C$ and your side values up to 22-32C$ but, that's definately not a bad thing.
• space event and slumber party event pets are very popular so i'd say it's a fair trade solely because both are offered on either side for each other.
• just for reference:
• on their side:
> 3 extremely commons = 1C$
> 2 very commons = 1C$
> 5 commons = 5-10C$
> 2 uncommons = 2-6C$
> 1 extremely uncommon = 5-6C$
> 1 rare = 15-20C$
• on your side:
> 2 uncommons = 2-6C$
> 1 extremely uncommon = 5-6C$
> 1 rare = 15-20C$

• the dates of the lower rarity pets on their side is throwing me off a little but, if they or you don't mind age gaps of pets, this trade is fair to me it's just slight overpay on their side!
