Any questions?: I think COPPA means players with no post, but im not too sure, so what does COPPA means? Also is there a vocab thread where i can check all the terms used here?

COPPA stands for Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act. It is a US law that protects the privacy of children under the age of 13. Users protected by COPPA cannot send messages or post on the forum (except in the oekaki/dressups, but all their posts there must be approved by a moderator before showing up).

Just to answer your question real quick, when viewing your groups, at the bottom right of the page, click “Change pet display settings”. Then, make sure to check the box that says “Show pet rarities under pets when viewing pet groups”. You can also change how the rarity bars look on this page. As a side note, pets with unknown rarities (like the ones you adopted this month) won’t show rarities until midway through next month. Hope this helps! ^^

We assign helpers and newbies as frequently as we can, but sometimes we get busy and can't update super often!
