i'm really leaning toward one of plant/grass themed pups for fawnie (based on their responses), particularly this guy or the one with the moss shoulders (don't have them to show an image), because both of these seem to be more in their style, but we'll have to wait and see how they grow.

Concept's unnamed display pets seem to follow a theme. what i got from this is that their pet will have wings and be some sort of cosmic entity... or they could just be dress-ups. but i would like to put my tinhat on for a minute and imagine.

Silly question for all staff.

Would your pup be able to fully raise a tamagotchi or would it forget about it?

would definitely forget about it the moment after they got it

I would like to know if the thing your dog has in common with your first staff dog is present on the adult stage of that staff dog, the puppy stage, or both?

Is it present on the adult stage of this year's dog, the puppy stage, or both?

Definitely!
As usual, I won't be claiming mine until it's fully grown. But if anyone wants to give me at least 2 pups that you think are not mine, with at least one reason each, I will deny one!

i'm personally making a couple guesses based on the art style of each dog but i'm not sure if that's in the spirit of the guessing game ,, so i don't think i'll mention it until others start openly pointing to whose outcomes belong to who lol

Posting some guesses and your reasoning is very much in the spirit of the game! I've been going through the archives to get a feel for art styles too and have some (probably way-off-base) guesses myself. Holding off till the rest of the newborns grow, personally, and I think that's why most others are holding off too...

I think my pup could pull off raising the tamagotchi for a bit, but they’d probably forget about it after a few days tbh.

Yes, my pet is bigger than a bread box. Also, I went back and forth on if they’d join a band or not, so that tells me they’d probably do the same. They’d probably take some convincing to join.
