Here you will see a description and image of all items that can be found by foraging or the swap stand. This page does not include clothing (which is found in the designated page) or event-exclusive exchangeable items (which are not documented, as they can only be used during events).
Locations listed are not completely exclusive. For example; all items can be obtained in a Hollow Nut, but that is not listed as a location for all items, only items that have no other source.

This nut would be completely hollow if not for
the stuff rattling inside when you shake it. It can
be opened by the Hollow Nutcracker.

It is impossible to identify what creature this
comes from.
Yogurt Drop - Hollow Nut
Eating this fills you with enough energy to
perform the same foraging mission twice in one day.
(Doubles foraging rewards for one day.)

Used to dye clothing items any color/pattern.
