There are no trade-ins closing today or for the next several days. Token hunting ends on the 11th and trade-ins will be available for the next three days after that. All of this info is also available in the site news on the home page. When token hunting ends there will also be a countdown timer on the event page that will show how long until trade-ins close.

Its really up to you. More people collect pets than collect items so a lot of people will just trade all of theirs in and not bother keeping any love letters, but it also means less people would be that interested in trading for love letters after the fact as well. The pets would likely be a lot easier to trade and find people who are looking for them though.

Per the site news, it might take a while for them to actually show up in your stamp collection, you should give it at least a full day. When they do appear they will be in your 'My Stamps' section. They'll likely be somewhere in the middle since its seems to be sorted by type and then date rather than just date (for example, mine were on page 5 out of 11)

rarity updates usually happen in the middle of each month (around the 15th, give or take a few days), so during the next mid-month update that happens after the event is completely over. so it's possible that the event pets will be included in the august mid-month update in the next couple weeks! if not they should definitely be included in september's
