Why is there a banner limit?

Is there a way to get multiple love letters on the token banner? I want one for a regular item, but I also might need to go in and grab a second flux/major for my boyfriend because he's unable to play at the moment.

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but does anyone know which items were used for their dress up? Trying to recreate it, and also for proof I'm their #1 fan /j
