We are going to need more info to help with this. What is saying you are missing an item, and which item is it?

The train is just a fun gimmick. They do this every year where we have to 'investigate' something. It's just a cute thing where you press a button and it puts your username in a generated text scenario. Sometimes there are clues about the story hidden in the text, but there's no pets there or anything actually to do with the event or tokens.
And the love letters are new banner tokens. We don't have a trade in spot for them yet, we might get it after the next rollover.
