Does anyone know if the love letters are replacing the other tokens? The outcomes thread lists it as being from day 7 on, is it just addition starting today or are the other tokens unobtainable anymore?

The mail tokens are still available, the love letter is just a new one added to the banner.

having that first shot miss, and knowing i've now already lost out on a pet prize but still have to shoot four more time for the automatic token is the least fun thing ive ever done on CS....

No, this did not work. i received no prize, but got a message that i cannot play the game for 60 minutes.

EDIT- looks like there was a delay of several minutes for some reason before a bottle was added to my inventory. weird.

The prize is awarded as soon as you hit play. There will not be any popup to tell you what you got if you just refresh the page, but if the timer resets than it did give you something. If you want to know what you got you'd have to know what your token count was before you hit play to see which was added.
