When it comes to water game.

Do you have to knock all the bottles
down to get the prize pets or no?

I can never knock them down. at most
only two

I've gotten the root beer cup pet after a perfect five. But I got five again and got a token, so I'm happy either way. All my other shots have been like: four, two, two.

I hit five! (Side note: is it not a guaranteed pet from getting all five?)

I know its already been confirmed by other staff in other areas but just wanted to drop in here as well and say that the mini-game is entirely luck-based. There is nothing specific you need to do to get certain prizes. All the summer event mini-games operate on random chance so everyone has an equal chance of getting everything. Given that the site is aimed towards kids (and a lot of people play on mobile) requiring some level of skill/precision would put a decent amount of players at a major disadvantage, which we don't want to do.

I'm not involved in the specifics of the mini-game so I can't say for certain if there are specific prizes tied to certain outcomes, but just from what I've seen of past events I would not be surprised if they are (it would of course still be random chance regardless). Our past summer event mini-games have had certain prizes tied to certain outcomes before. For example, in the past the racing mini-games had a better prize if you won than if you got 2nd or 3rd (you got a pet for getting 1st place, or a few items from a set if you got 2nd or 3rd)

It is possible that certain prizes are tied to certain outcomes (i.e. 5 bottles must be hit to receive a pet) but that has not been confirmed. However, whether or not a bottle falls is random!

Good to know that getting knocked down bottles IS random and I'm not losing my mind missing when I clicked right in the center of the target XD

HOWEVER whether you hit 5 or less is completely random and not based on skill, strategy or anything else.

That worries me.

Fair warning- trading for them is nearly impossible at least from what I’ve seen! I’ve offered some crazy things already and no luck! Maybe once the game has been out a bit longer they’ll be easier to come by!

Ive done it 11-12 times since rollover and still havent gotten a pet lol, maybe they’ll change odds later on

oh so it IS random. I did it on my computer and got 1, then on my phone and got 5, then on my computer again and got 1. I thought it was just easier on my phone lol
