the bottle tokens are also from the saloon. it's a random chance which thing you get from the minigame

It's in the cactus patch in the outskirts, upper left corner There are some clickable places in the outskirts that looked like background to me at first^^

The result is completely random.
Celezon has stated that somewhere in one of the summer event discussion or Q&A threads:

I know its already been confirmed by other staff in other areas but just wanted to drop in here as well and say that the mini-game is entirely luck-based. There is nothing specific you need to do to get certain prizes. All the summer event mini-games operate on random chance so everyone has an equal chance of getting everything. Given that the site is aimed towards kids (and a lot of people play on mobile) requiring some level of skill/precision would put a decent amount of players at a major disadvantage, which we don't want to do.
