Extra: Every bit of Azrael's strength was summoned as he pulled back on the string of the bow. The act of doing this-- the thrill of trying archery for the first time-- it was everything to him. It didn't even occur to the Werm that he had not paid a lick of attention to where he was even aiming as he had glanced toward Fletcher for approval, and in that instance of lapsed concentration? Extra: The archery stall was the first to catch Steele's eye, mainly due to the sound of scrap metal being dragged over the Eaden rocks. He watched curiously as different painted shapes were set up by a seemingly excited werm. Steele had only ever handled toy bows, the ones with the plunger ends that somehow stuck to any flat surface. Still, he felt pretty confident that this was all the practice he needed. The other werm finished setting everything up and Steele found himself a bow and one arrow. Both items looked as though they had been very carefully crafted, so he did his best to be gentle with them. He felt called to try and shoot at a round piece of metal that had been painted a dull blue. He notched the arrow, closed one eye, stuck out his tongue, and fired at the target.
He turned to put the bow back on the table and found the werm that ran the stall standing behind him, watching with a smile. Steele offered a smile back.
"How did you make the bows and arrows?" he asked. "I'm Steele by the way."
