He didn't have his own horse at the moment, but his mother promised him to have one of the youngest foals of one of their mares when the colt was old enough to be trained. Of course, it could not be him to train it as he didn't have the skills to do that. Earlier he took one of their work ponies, old mare Mego to ride a little bit as he didn't have much else to do at the moment.

She left their room earlier in the morning, not wanting to wake up to her twin so she didn't. She looked around for something to do, actually, she had plans she wanted to do but was allowed to do that she was not sure as she may need someone to go with her if she wanted out for the town.

The young light purple-haired girl left her room which she separated from the elf child and some other adoptive. She saw her adoptive parents there and some of the staff as well as the kids, she didn't really mind any of them, instead she walked to the garden to see the flowers and smell the fresh air of nature. She looked at Johan and the centaur there as well "Hello...so what kind of flowers are you going to plant now?" she asked him in curious.

She was up in the morning out of her room for one, usually, the staff members had a room for two, but she wanted room for herself alone, at least the boss of the house granted that wish. She walked to the kitchen and looked at the other cook as well as one of the kids there "Avi, good morning, did you make the shopping list?" she asked him "I have a thing at the town so I can do the shopping" she said to him.

He helped with the maid at the dining area for a while, which was not truly his job, but then again jobs for a butler were not much. Especially when most the family members did their own things, of course unlike them he could get paid by doing things.

The young Neko-eared blonde has a busy morning. Today was cleaning day so she needed to clean the common areas and hallways. She liked to do that early in the morning when most kids were not yet awakened to run around so she could clean in peace. She didn't touch the kitchen as Azazel told her that they would clean the kitchen when they had the time for that, only the dining area was for her to clean. That's what she was doing now, waiting for the youngsters to leave their rooms so she could go there to clean and change sheets.

The brownish haired woman squeaked when he pulled her in for a hug. Not because he was hugging her, but because he breathed in her scent. She hummed a small sound and smiled, then looked at him. She nodded and said "Okay, I'm good with going for a run. Of course, I'm going to run in my wolf form, if you're okay with that." She knew he could keep up with her, being he was a vampire and not a human.

The dark haired one sighed and turned back to humanoid form. They shook their head and went in search of one of the others. Dezra wasn't around...so they went looking for any of the others in their family. They thought they caught their twin's scent, but weren't sure she'd want to be bothered.

The creamy peachy skinned girl, now in dragon form, flicked her tail back and forth. She swam through the water with some ease. She was half land dragon, so she didn't have as much ease as a full water dragon. She could breathe and move in the water, though. The brown horned, red and white dragon made a small rumbling sound. It probably sounded much like a purr, and she circled her sister.

The chubby cheeked, blue eyed child clapped his hands a bit. The golden brown haired one looked up at Luka, as the other held him. Since mama had taken the other dog, Ezra changed back to kitten form. He purred and curled up in the arms of the nanny/caretaker, and closed his eyes.

Blue brown sectoral eyes glanced down at the child in their arms. The shorter and slender one watched the child take to kitten form again. They would have expected him to have light powers, or flower growth or something. They wondered if he secretly had other powers that hadn't developed yet.

I said to Jesh. "I don't know if there is a ocean is nearby though, do happen to know if there is an ocean nearby, I'm new here, so I don't know much about this place." I admitted to Jesh.

Kravitz was in the stables. Now that the horses were out in the paddocks, there was time to muck out the stalls and do other jobs around the stables. He was wondering where the other horse caretaker was, slightly annoyed that he was going to be left to do it on his own, but he guessed it was not worth dwelling on for too long. He could always take a break later on when she returned. Kravitz finished up mucking out the stalls, spreading out some more straw on the floors of them, and then removing the wheelbarrow of soiled straw out and disposing of it.

When he returned, he went around and collected the haynets from each stall, taking them to the haybarn, and he filled each one with hay, pulled them closed and then lugging them back over to the stalls so he could tie one in each of the stalls. Now they were clean and ready for when the horses were brought back in. Kravitz took a few moments to admire his work. Even though it was something he did every day, it was still nice to see the result of the work he did. With that done, he went into the tack room, taking one of the bridles off the hook it was on, and sitting down on a large, backless bench that was in the room, along with a cloth and a box of dry, leather soap. He got started on cleaning the bridle, the door of the room open to let a bit of airflow in.

As he idly moved onto the rose bushes, he carried with him some green twine, so that he could tie back the roses that may be growing a little too out of place or wild. Neat and orderly was important for a good-looking garden. That, and the rose thorns were very sharp, especially if one of the many children the Starfalls had adopted accidentally touched them. Johan noticed that Melaina was over with the fruit trees and vegetable patch - it would be difficult to not notice her form. Fruits and such were not his forte, and so he was quite glad that he was able to stick with tending to the flower side of the garden.

As he tended to the rose bushes, he heard a small voice talking to him. Glancing over, he saw one of the Starfall children - the fae - looking at him. Johan sighed inwardly, rather hoping that he wouldn't be disturbed. At least it wasn't one of the more energetic ones. But, he had to be somewhat nice to the children, so he replied, if shortly, "Nothing else yet - I'm tending to the roses at the moment." Johan took a piece of the twine he had, carefully tying some new growth back onto the structure the rose bush grew against, before moving onto the next one.

Avi hummed for a moment, as though he was thinking over the question Sable asked him. "Well..." he watched her gaze drifting over to the muffins he'd made, "Oh, alright then. There's plenty made." he finally said, though he always knew that he was going to say yes anyway. He uncovered the stand the muffins on, and carried it over to Sable, crouching slightly to let her choose one to take. "Make sure not to leave too many crumbs. And put the muffin case in the trash when you're done, okay?" he added, figuring he should remind her of good manners, just in case.

He glanced up when he saw Azazel entering the kitchen. "Hello, Azazel," he greeted, and then nodded, "I sure did, we'll need some more flour... and some potatoes, bell peppers and courgettes, while the ones in the garden haven't grown yet - and some other things. That would be great if you could, thanks!" Avi explained, trying to remember everything that he'd written down. It wasn't huge list, but he did like to make sure they were prepared and well-stocked. He was sure that Azazel would add anything else that he might have forgotten to write down anyway.

Alexander nods as he responds in a soft voice, "You know I am completely fine with you running in your wolf form, I rarely get to see it these days with both the kids and work keeping me busy." He also needed to hunt at some point but prefers to do that at night and either alone or with his daughter if he chose to not use blood bags. He looked down at his more formal attire that he wore when working since he never knew when a video meeting will happen before saying, "I will need to change before we go out though."

Twisting in the water as Jessel circled her, Amara giggles softly before, with a powerful flick of her tail, she starts to swim around again. She makes sure to keep her sister in her sight so that she wouldn't accidentally run into her as she starts to do some underwater acrobatics. She wanted to be in a bigger body of water but then she would have to leave the property which she isn't sure she could do without an adult.

A small sound of excitement came from her when Avi brought the muffin plate into her reach. She studies the presented muffins before taking one of the smaller ones. "Thank you and I will," Sable says before waving to the other cook, Azazel, as she exits the kitchen after also grabbing a napkin, not wanting to be in their way. The small child makes her way to the nearby dining room, sits down at one of the chairs, and after pulling the muffin wrapper down, starts to eat the warm muffin

A small smile graces the face of the dark female as she spots one of the children enter the garden. She didn't know that name of the child since she rarely enters the house due to the kitchen having a door that she could use to transfer produce to the cooks. Melaina gives a small nod of greeting to Johan and the child as she passes them on her way to the kitchen door. Once at the door, she knocks on the door to let the cooks know, if they are in the kitchen, that someone was outside. Melaina could have tried to open the door herself but she has noticed several times in the past that it was locked so now she just knocks and if there is no answer, she just leaves the produce on the table next to the door. As she waits for an answer, she unclips the two baskets from the strap on her back, holding one in each hand.

She swam after the mermaid girl, her own tail flicking behind her. She swam much like a dog might, clawed 'paws' pawing at the water. Not really pawing but helping her swim along. Yet it looked like she was pawing the water, as she swam along through the water.

"Not anywhere near here, it's at least two or more hours away I think. Our employer's wife went out there on a vacation. That's where she found one of their adopted kids, but yeah...It's not close by, not half an hour away or anything like that. There IS a big lake that people mistake for an ocean, but...it's just a lake, it doesn't connect to anything." She wished she could be of more help.

Hey kyoko, there are no bodies of water connecting to an ocean. So she would in fact have to walk or get a taxi or Uber or something to get somewhere near the ocean. Yes, the mermaid child came from the ocean. Karina had to leave town and go on vacation to be anywhere near that ocean though, and it’s not that close by.]

He took the horse back to the stable, his eyes looked at one of the horse caretakers but he didn't see the female fox shifter. He patted the horse as he took the saddle away and took him back inside "Hay, do you want me to bring him to his pen or maybe fencing in the yard?" he asked the caretaker.

She looked around his eyes turning to the cook as she seemed to leave the kitchen, she didn't know what she was doing, but she had different clothes today so she thought she was likely leaving.

She looked at the garden "Can I help you with anything? As I do like flowers... they look beautiful and smell nice...just looking at them brightens the day" she said to him. She looked at Melaina there as well for a moment then turned back to the Johan.

She listened to the other cook as he spoke to her "Alright, I will bring those then" she said to him, before walking deeper into the kitchen to look around if she still saw something they could need. She could not buy too much stuff as she was using the family's money, so she took notice of Melaine at the window opening it "Oh Avi will come for you soon Mel" she said to her then looked at Avi "you have a guess at the window Avi" she said to him "I will go now then, see you later...keep the kids out of the delicacies" she said with a smile as she left the kitchen.

(how long it takes to the family place to the town? can they go on a walk or do they need a carriage?)

She looked as if most of the kids were now somewhere to be seen or if they were not at the moment she did see them earlier. She finished with the dining area and then walked to the cleaning room near the stairs, it was usually locked for a reason so the kids didn't get any stupid ideas to drink some of the cleaning stuff there as that could be a bad thing. She took a vacuum cleaner, a bucket of clothes, and a mop so she could clean the kid's rooms, so she didn't need to run at the stairs too many times to get something.

[ah, yeah, they’re right behind the town. Also, they’re in modern day, so no carriages. They have horses because they have a good bit of land between the two hills the house is between, and Karina just really likes horses. Also, I’m ona huge iPad because my stupid kindle decided to stop working…It claimed there was moisture, but only in the charging port, but it told me to shake it and nothing came out. Then it also said to wait for it to dry, which could take a while, so I put it up in my room. Apparently that was the wrong move…because when I went to try and check it again, it wouldn’t even turn on.]
