These Eevees can evolve- Depending if you level them up. Using Element stones is better, but- just maybe- I'll evolve your Eevee randomly- Only if you're on my Whitelist, of course :3
The Eevees come from a certain region- Fogshroud. This means totally new Eeveelutions- Some can be totally unusual!
