looking for complex custom designs for a HSR oc!! I have things planned out mostly for the design, just need an artist who can do them justice! (I cant draw HSR-like outfits....) So please clarify that's what you'd want to do when you offer!(NEEDS TO BE ABOE TO DRAW ROBOTS SRRY :SOB:)
