@dame - probably wouldn't be a forbidden relationship but i think eclipse & trix interacting would just be amusing, considering they're the same age. i don't know how any of it would play out other than i just think it'd be a disaster considering trix likes to be a nuance.

Description. Jassachusetts is a bicolor tuxedo cat with tea green colored eyes. Mid-length, black fur covers most of their body, but their chin, chest, and paws are completely white, as are their long whiskers. They usually wear a loose-fitting, red kittypet collar.

Jassachusetts, who usually goes by Jett, lives a very comfortable, sheltered life as a kittypet. Though they have a curious streak, their interest in the territory outside of their home is mostly satiated by the stories that Ponyboy Curtis brings back about what he's been up to when he's away, and the young cat is usually content staying inside, or at the very least close to, their twoleg nest. The best part of their day is when Ponyboy sleeps in and he allows them some extra time to cuddle in the late morning sun. A close second, though, is when the orange tom comes back home from one of his escapades; that's when a bright-eyed and bushy tailed Jett gets to shower him with questions, pester him for stories about the wild cats of the forest, and beg him and to "train" them to hunt and fight.

When Ponyboy is late to come home, or on the days when he doesn't come home at all, Jett starts to transform into a little furball of anxiety, often seeking out other familiar cats to ask for news about his brother, and once even considering trying to track him into the forest after he was missing for nearly three days. They wholeheartedly believe that the forest is way too dangerous for them, as Ponyboy has repeatedly told them. They tend to be shy and cautious around unfamiliar cats, but warm up to them quickly.


Backstory. Jassachusett's earliest memories are of a rose-tinted kithood in a different twoleg
nest than their current home. Along with four litter-mates, they were well cared for by a
family of twolegs and their matronly cats, Lilac and Parfait. Lilac explained that their twolegs
took in kittens whose parents couldn't care for them, and that the kittens would be adopted
into a forever-home once they came of age. Life was good and gentle for a few moons, but
the time came to say goodbye to their siblings and caretakers.
Jett immediately took a shine to their new twolegs, who gave them their new name and placed
them in a cozy crate in the belly of a thunder-monster, where they dozed off until they came
upon their new home. That's when they met Ponyboy Curtis. Jett found their new brother to be
at best aloof and more than a little scary. They quickly realized that talking about Lilac, Parfait,
and the rest of their siblings really soured Ponyboy's mood, and they stopped bringing them
up even though they missed them terribly. The first few moons living in their new home were
tough, and they grew very attached to their new twolegs. However, Ponyboy slowly mellowed,
and stopped moving away when Jett lays down next to him. Life is good again.

@aluco, I would love for Jett to be friends with Jasper; he seems like the first cat that Jett would rush over to after Ponyboy has been gone for a little longer than normal (Jett at least, would think the world of Jasper, he's welcome to find Jett annoying, though, lol).
@∂αмє υмвяα, I would love for Jett to be acquainted, but not super familiar, with Calypso. He probably thinks it's super cool that she has a dog as a brother, but is also a bit scared to visit her often for that very reason.
@Queen of flames, if aluco is OK with Jett and Jasper being friends, I think Jett might have met Swan once or twice. They probably found her a little intimidating and made up an excuse to leave quickly!
Anyone else who'd like their character(s) to have an established relationship with Jett, let me know! They probably don't know any cats who haven't strayed into the twoleg place, though.

personality Drizzlekit is as excitable and curious as any kit. She's always asking questions like a chatterbox and getting her nose into everyone else's business. Sometimes she can be a little obnoxious and often struggles to stay still but really she's a good kit. She's eager to become an apprentice and work hard for RedwoodClan. Clan life excites and intrigues her but she can't help but wonder about where she came from and how things might have been different if she had never been found.

What those warriors did not expect to find when they investigated what the she-cat was guarding so aggressively was a single kit tucked away into some flora. The kit, soon named Drizzlekit was taken in by the clan and raised by its queens. She has been raised to know she was born to outsiders but has not yet been told the true fate of her mother.

personality Some say that Lightheart has continued to live purely out of spite at this point. He is crotchety, loves to complain, and is very forgetful. What once was a proud warrior of RedwoodClan has grown into an old, confused, and angry Tom. In spite of being quite prone to aggression he's actually easily soothed by the sharing of stories. And the best part about his forgetfulness is that you can tell him the same stories multiple times and he'll enjoy it each time as much as the first. Deep in his heart he has a deep love for his clan and would protect it if he was a spry young warrior. Sometimes he still remembers those days and sometimes he doesn't seem to know where he is. Just don't get on this cranky cat's bad side or he'll be yowling all day.

There were many great battles, some now long forgotten by the youth, where he played a pivotal role. He served a long time as a Warrior before retiring to the elders den. As he grew older his memory began to fail him but he still remembers his glory days sometimes and his love for his clan has never wavered even in the fog of his mind.

Yes, I assume him or Firecry. I am unsure what the etiquette is about reaching out to a player, or after how lengthy an absence c': I know Ravenflight has also been waiting for aluco's Petalpaw for a bit.

Alternatively since Firecry and Goosefeather might not be aware Smokestorm, Splashpaw and Leafpaw are there I also thought Smokestorm might progress a meeting. Wasn't sure if maybe broken* was waiting for interactions with her other characters.

On Moonstream's front, I do think there's a post from Fishstrike waiting for her response, though c:
