history; she was born out of the clan, and the family had been quite close. but there had been an incident when cloudy had been about 12 moons old. at the time, they'd been staying in an abandoned twoleg den, and a fire had started somehow. none of them had experienced a fire, so they hadn't known at the time. her family didn't make it out. she was close to making it out herself when something fell, scorching her back. a twoleg had saved her then. it took some time for her to heal her grief and body, but she didn't stay with the twoleg. she wandered for some time, before running into a hostile cat, and making sure that she wasn't going down without a fight. but big wip, will finish at some point

⊱ personality he's actually a kind cat, even if he is a bit too self-critical, he is helpful to
any cat who needs it, but knows when to back off if they don't want any help. he has a
fear of being abandoned, and normally avoids getting too close to anyone. he's quite
gentle, but he understands there's a limit and tries not to let others walk all over him.

⊱ history he was found as a kit in clan territory, and taken in by a nursing queen who
had left once he was able to eat prey, leaving him alone in the nursery. he grew up to be
a sweet tom, but avoiding getting too close to any other cat. he'd heard others talk about
how his mother had abandoned him, he didn't want that to happen again, so he made him
self useful instead. once he was a new warrior, he noticed how berrypaw and maplethorn
grew closer in a bad way & tried becoming friends with her. it didn't end well & the other
tom had retaliated against the apprentice, causing her to go mute but tawnypetal never
knew why, as the other warrior lied and said it was a rogue that hurt her. no one has seen
him since, and tawnypetal is currently trying his best as her new friend, or he hopes he's
a friend at least.

cloverpond is a sweet girl, you'll normally
catch her helping out the apprentices, or
playing with the kits to give the queens a
bit of a break. she has a soft heart, maybe
too soft since she's a bit of a pushover.
she is a very loyal cat, but it backfires
when she gets mistreated as she has a bad
tendency to allow it for a time. she is a
delightful cat to be around, & an amazing
mother for her kits. she understands more
than she actually lets on, but tries not to
meddle any more than needed. she can
very insecure about herself, she tends to
think that she isn't enough for the clan,
since she used to be a kittypet or if she
hurt her kits in their upbringing in any
way. if she's in this mindset, she normally
pushes herself too far and hurts herself
trying to hunt or gets sick. she hates
to be seen as worthless, & overdoes it.
but she loves to listen to stories, and so
you might see her lingering outside the
elder's den for a story or two, even if she
says it's for the kits.

history
she was born as a kittypet named chloe, she didn't know any other
life and simply accepted it. she had gotten her own housefolk,
eventually coming across an outside cat once they had trusted
her enough to let her outside freely. he told her his name was
ace, & wild stories of clan cats around the land. they still met
after she asked to listen to more stories. she even heard about
a clan cat helping him with a fox, but he didn't sound like he
wanted to admit that part. she had assumed they were only
friends after a few moons, but he had asked her to be his mate.
she reluctantly agreed, after he said he would stop spending
time with her at all and she didn't any other cat to talk to. it
wasn't long after that, that she found out she'd be having kits.
she had been surprised but delighted at the same time, she felt
excited about how ace would react. but he hadn't reacted well
to the news. he told her her housefolk would take the kits, and
he wanted nothing to do with them. he said he only thought she
was a fling & nothing more, how dare she think otherwise? she
broke it off then and there, but she could tell he hadn't been
lying about her housefolk, maybe they really would take the kits
away from her. she decided to leave not long after, but as she
learned to hunt, she stopped by her housefolk occasionally since
they still left food out for her. she couldn't starve now, she wasn't
only eating for herself. a patrol had found her before she had the
kits, and she was in awe of the clan cats he told her about. they
thankfully let her join, and it'd been peaceful since.

stormpaw is a character, that's for sure. he
is loyal to his clan, through and through. he
is very hard-working, he really tries his best
to be the best his clan deserves. he has a
short temper when it comes to cats who do
not do the same. he loathes cats who treat
his mother badly, but tends to respect most
cats older than him. he is more observant
than one would expect, of course he knows
about a few cat's crushes, he just doesn't
care. he is realistic as well, he understands
if he can't go hunting by himself and why.
he can get a bit bossy over his siblings &
gets reprimanded for it a lot. he doesn't
like when his siblings act like kits directly
out of the nursery, even if it's true. storm
paw can have quite the sharp tongue, if
he hears something bad about any of his
family. he might be loyal to his clan, but
he's more loyal to his family. he can be
very argumentative at times as well.

history

he was born into the clan, to a former kittypet newly renamed
cloverpond, with his siblings, meadowkit, splashkit, & petalkit.
his mother had taken in several other kits at the time, another
warrior had found his new sister, leafkit, occasionally visiting
them, and stormkit had even been named after him since he
had found his mother as well. unfortunately, meadowkit only
lived for a few days before passing away, she was simply too
weak. it had taken a toll on his mother who still doesn't speak
much about her. he asked cloverpond about his father once,
and she asked him to not ask him about ace again. he didn't,
but that didn't matter, he got a name. stormkit didn't tell his
siblings, but he's still curious about this ace and why she
didn't let him meet his kids? he'd like to meet him someday,
but for now, he'll make his mother proud by simply being the
best warrior he can be.

summary; shellstar can incredibly heartless when the situation requires it, but her heart belongs to the clan and her family entirely. but as cold as she can be, she can also be very kind and understanding. she is known to be a very responsible but ambitious cat, although she can be a bit too serious. if someone upsets her, you will be able to tell. she can be very callous and hurt other's feelings, though she rarely does it. her very aura exudes power, despite her being an average size.

history; she was born into coveclan to a pair of average warriors, but she always knew she wanted more. once she was apprenticed, she pushed herself as hard as she could, opting out of most friendships since they weren't as ambitious as she was. all apart from an older apprentice, otterpaw. he was only a few moons older than her, but they bonded well enough. after she earned her warrior name, he was chosen to be the new deputy since the leader didn't have many lives left and he asked her to be mates with him. she said yes, and congratulated him on his new role. he became otterstar, and he didn't choose her as deputy even though she wanted it and he knew that, but she simply wasn't experienced yet. a few moons after, an outbreak of prey sickness went through the camp, leaving the clan without a deputy and most incapacitated. she didn't hold it against him in the slightest as she was chosen as the new deputy, and took to it like a fish to water. she learned she was expecting a litter shortly after, and she still chose to do her duties to the clan until she kitted. she became very proud of the kits and very attached, the kits had been at her side until they were apprenticed, even as she set patrols for the day. moons later, her mate had saved one of their kits from an alligator, ultimately losing the lives he had left. the small family grieved, but shelldawn became shellstar shortly after. she is currently expecting otterstar's kits, as it's only been one moon since he died.

summary; he is an honest cat through and through, he cares very much for his clan but more so for his family and he'll admit it. he knows he earned his scars through saving his clanmates and that's that, though it saddens him when kits and young apprentices are scared of him for his appearance. he can be very blunt and short-tempered with foolish cats, but it's not often he gets like that. he is a very responsible cat, so even if he wants to retire to the elder's den, he stays as a warrior because he believes the clan still needs him.

history; he was born into the clan as an average tom, growing up without much grief along with his siblings. as an apprentice, he began to be a bit more protective over his clanmates, more specifically his fellow apprentices during training. one training practice, he scuffled with smokepaw when an alligator had crept up towards them. he pushed her out of the way, and lost half of his tail before he managed to get away along with the rest of them, bleeding all the while. falconpaw had earned his warrior name after he was healed enough to leave the healer's den, and took the name of falconscar. it was only a moon after that smokepaw became smokepoppy and had confessed her feelings to him. he was flustered at her feelings for him, but he hadn't wanted to rush anything and several moons after, they finally became mates after quietly pining for each other. the pair tried for kits later on, but she only kitted after his first apprentice, otterpaw had earned his warrior name of ottercreek. it made him quite proud to meet his kits, dawnkit, sunnykit, and duskkit, and prouder even when ottercreek had been chosen to be deputy and then shortly became leader after. when his kits were a little older, the clan caught an outbreak of prey sickness and he fell ill so did smokepoppy, his mate had died then but he survived. the leader decided shelldawn would be the new deputy, which falconscar thought was odd. why choose an unexperienced warrior? he didn't think much of it afterwards, realizing of the pair's relationship. he was glad to see his kits become warriors, dawnglow, sunnydaze, and duskwatcher. he did think it was a bit odd that otterstar lost all his lives due to him saving sharkpaw from an alligator.

history; she was born into the clan to both leaders, although her mother was only deputy at the time. she was quite happy until she was apprenticed, and a few of the older apprentices mocked and bullied her and her siblings. her brothers managed to brush it off, but she always wanted to befriend them instead. the older apprentices had tricked her into thinking they could be friends if she snuck out of the camp and talk with them near the rivers most cats would avoid because of the alligators. so she snuck out that night and tried to meet them like they said, but they were nowhere to be found. she managed to dodge one's jaws by sheer luck, and she tried to tell her father about the other apprentices but he brushed her off, telling her that surely no cat could be so cruel to do that. that she must have simply had a bad dream, but she vividly remembered its jaws snapping next to her face. she didn't bother telling her mother, surely she would think the same. sharkpaw hadn't realized that she could be so close to death and not a cat would care. she focused more on her training after that, and she has become quite the trainee.

lightpaw is a more timid cat to know, despite
his more out-spoken kin and doesn’t normally
say what he’s thinking. he is a quiet cat, and
doesn’t like confrontation even if his thoughts
tend to be quite judgmental. he is usually an
anxious and worrisome cat, always worrying
about his medicine cat training and whether
or not his treatment is wrong. he’s intelligent
but simply doubts himself. lightpaw loves his
training to heal, he’s very passionate as well.
he tends to be more realistic about life, and
he judges cats who refuse treatment but he
he doesn’t normally say too much. he’s more
the black sheep of the family with how quiet
he tends to be, he wanted to heal instead of
becoming a warrior.

history

he was born in the clan, to a pair of assigned mates
that became friends, fernpatch and grayfang, along
with his two siblings, snakekit and treekit. the pair
never was closer than friends, but they coparented
quite well. as a kit, lightkit had always been fond
of the medicine cats, always sneaking away from a
game of mossball to watch them and maybe smell
a few herbs. he had been utterly delighted to be
asked to be a new medicine cat apprentice instead.
he had been upset when he saw the disappointed
looks on his parents’ faces, they had clearly wanted
their whole litter to be warriors. but he was much
more ecstatic when appledawn asked if he wanted
go practice learning the herbs.
