I made a cake roll today and my parents said that it was better than the store's and the filling i put in it (vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce) was paired together extremely well! So i am insanely happy about it expesially since I considered it a 'flop' (i may have melted the ice cream with caramel sauce and spent 30 minutes cleaning up spilled ice cream off the counter.)

I just saw the Northern Lights for the first time this night! Right over my home in Southern Scandinavia no less.
Never thought I'd ever see it at my home because I live so far down south so it was just one of the most special experiences of my life. It was beautiful though not quite as colorful as in the pictures <3

thats what i came to post about mini!! the northern lights!! i live in ohio in the usa so i thought id never see them but gosh they were beautiful in person and on camera <3 such a special day for me!

Graduated college today!
Finished the Veterinary Technician course after much struggle
Got a very special stethescope from my parents, which I feel terrible about cause I KNOW it was expensive and money's been very tight for us the past few years.
But I'm grateful for them nonetheless. They helped me through the rough parts, and now with a career, I can help them back!
