I love that this is helping people.
Sometimes, when I'm having a really bad day or low period in my life, I try to reach out to others.
While I'm not fully able to show all this love and compassion to myself, I hope that by sending love and light into the universe - it will touch those who need it, and maybe some how I'll get a bit back too.

No, it won't make real life issues go away,
But hopefully it helps people feel less alone.
It's not about how everyone has problems, but how You have problems - and you are seen, heard, and validated.

For some people, that's what helps
Some people want to talk about it, or listen, or feel seen.

We're all going through stuff. It's okay.
It's okay to be sad or upset or angry or whatever you are feeling. It's your truth. It's you. And you are valid.
