i collect winnie the pooh stuff! not intentionally, i just love the little guy and am realizing that i have a bunch of stuff of him lol. i have 4 stuffies, a bag, pajama pants, a christmas ornament, and some other things i can't remember.

i think i may have mentioned this one other time but one of my biggest achievements as a person that struggles with social anxiety was when i did a solo vocal performance for one of my college classes ~ a year ago. it was of motion sickness by phoebe bridgers! i had a blast getting to know the other solo performers that day as well, everyone was so kind and i had a great time despite being SO nervous about it. i've wanted to pursue music for a very long time now but it always seemed out of reach because of how much i fear the stage, but this experience specifically REALLY helped me see that it could be possible (instead of being a total dream)

first person on one end of the family to go to college. it was nice to celebrate that and the milestones after it with my relatives.

There is one character I have in my head that I wanna make official/finish inspired by my favorite polly pocket when I was younger lol she had a daisy bathing suit and short white hair with blue/purple streaks, that’s it xdd and another one inspired by a littlest pet shop I once had it was a gray cat with black eyeliner. oo ig I have drawn some random characters but they don’t really have backstories, they are just drawings that I should/want to turn into characters. There’s a bunny named bucktooth and another drawing is a monster beetle thing lol. Ocs for me are usually just random ideas I have but I forget to write them down somewhere but I do want to make them.

a red hunting hat that i hold every night like it’s a stuffed animal because of one of my special interests ( the catcher in the rye ) . i love it dearly and get very upset when it falls off my bed :(
i also have a mini christmas tree , white with rainbow led lights on the bristles , with a very small pink sombrero on top of it

^ honestly real . i need to start thinkin hard on that stuff . i’m first gen . my mother went to college for maybe a couple of months with a ged ( good enough degree as she likes to call it ) but dropped out . i really hope i can get a good chunk of aid or else i’m actually doomed 😭

v if you could pick any job in the world without having to worry about how much you make , what would it be ? i don’t mean something stupid like professional sleeper

Fashion designer. Specifically, adaptive couture. I want to make fancy suits and dresses that have things like side openings, extra pockets for medical items, stuff that makes it easier to put on while lying down, better shaping for people who sit down a lot, contrasting buttons or zippers for sight issues, so on... Most clothing that is specifically made for disabled people is casual sweatpants and plain button-up shirts. It's so hard to find things like business suits or formal dresses. That isn't fair at all. I want to make these as couture instead of mass-produced because a lot of disabilities cause less-common body shapes and/or need to avoid certain types of materials. It works out well to combine these though because I both enjoy hand sewing, beaded embroidery, and making my own lace from scratch, and I also have the experience from being disabled myself in multiple ways and making all of my own clothes, jewelry, bags, and other accessories. I'm learning how to make shoes now.

> My mother is apparently going to be kidnapping me against my will for Mother's Day because "it's her day" and I'm not looking forward to that at all. She ranted about my older sister as one of the reasons why I'm supposed to go with her on a very vague road trip. I'm also an adult, so the fact that she commanded it instead of asking irritates me a lot. It sounds like it will be miserable. At least the Chinese snacks that I ordered will get here before then, so I can deal with my stress on that day by shoving absurd amounts of grass jelly and Wanglaoji into my mouth.

Hm, I wouldn't call it a collection or anything, but I like to buy patches. There are so many cool ones on etsy and I always end up just, adding one to my cart when buying something else, because I can, lol.

I think overall I've improved a lot since I started these classes though, and I'm happy with that. Now I want to buy some cool keycaps or something to celebrate, even if my exams aren't over yet :')

i've started drawing! i'm a perfectionist at heart so it's very difficult for me to start new hobbies. usually if i'm not immediately good at it or see fast improvement, i drop it ;w; i'm very new which means i'm very bad and it's definitely quite the learning curve, but i'm enjoying myself! that's what i'm most proud of.

^ learning japanese is so difficult! i'm glad you've noticed an improvement though and i hope you did great on your exam <3 you should def treat yourself to some keycaps.

can my own oc count? if so, definitely emmett. he's a law student in 1810s new york and the son of a senator who intensely dislikes him. it comes to a head and he sends emmett on a journey west intending to kill him, but it doesn't work. he comes back to new york, but he realizes he could have a more satisfying life in missouri, where he can be a teacher, his real dream. he's a very social, curious person that feels his emotions strongly. it's fun to draw him in different clothes because he has rich dad money when in new york lol. it's a bit surprising he tends to be my favorite oc when he's not at all any of the tropes i tend to enjoy, but he's very important to me.

^ when i was sick for like a year i truly appreciated the value of a smoothie. also stuff like chicken noodle soup
