Dapplestar padded over to Foxtail to give her some pointers "Keep your belly low,Keep your eyes on the prey...."

Swiftpelt turned back to Manepelt. "Let's get back to camp," she said as she walked off toward the camp. Manepelt followed her.

"Hi Demonpaw!" Auroratail called.

Foxtail let the tip of her bushy, thick tail twitch, signalling that she understood what Dapplestar was telling her. She lowered her belly until the tip of her fur just brushed the edges of the grass. Her dark brown eyes locked on the vole that sat there munching on a nut. She took a shallow breath and pounced on the vole, killing it before it could squeal.

"Very good" Dapplestar told her. "Ready to head back or do you want to hunt some more?"

Foxtail dropped the vole at her dark grey paws and tilted her head, thinking. "Well, other cats are out here hunting, so maybe we should head back." she said, placing her bushy tail over her paws.

"Okay" Dapplestar confirmed and lead her out of the camp.

Foxtail nodded and picked up her vole, and followed her leader back to camp. When they got there, she place her kill on the pile and sat down in a sunny patch of grass, enjoying the warm feeling of sun on her fur.
