I think Brown Border Collie and possibly some other MAs aren't on the second page (extended/pics guide), but are still there on the first page list. Seems like it wasn't intended

I can't say I'm surprised that the "2:1 rule" is in the lead, since it was used by a lot of people for a long time. But I do always kind of wonder how many people REALLY trade that way. Like...are there really people out there offering 32 '19 pets for a single '24 pet? Can someone please send them my way?? lol

I think it really just depends on the person lol. Some people are willing to throw a lot of their pets your way if its one they're really looking for!

Are we starting to see a consensus for the price/worth of the UR Pancake and the UR Flower Dragon? Or is it still too all over the place for us to have a general idea?

I'd say the UR Flower can fairly sit at 3.5 nons. For the UR Pancakes, its between 1 to 1.5 nons. The thing with pancakes is that it can get the 1.5 nons (I've traded 2 recently), just that it has poor demand, so some people are trading theirs away for cheaper (say, 1.2 nons or so). But even with C$, it's often sold as 3000C$.
