Clicked a pet, got the "there was an error adopting this pet, try again"
It was still there, and I received the same message again before being booted back to the pound page being taken. It's a little frustrating that adopting a pet from the pound is impossible with all these errors :,)

When is the "There was an error adopting this pet" message going to be addressed? I just got it for the first time today, multiple people have been dealing with it for weeks since the pound update and it's lost a lot of people good pets, and the fact it's gone ignored for so long without even an acknowledgement from staff is odd

Editing to say the post below addresses it perfectly, I’m willing to be forgiving with the time it takes to actually work out fine details and fixes but it shouldn’t take weeks to put out even a simple ‘we’re aware and working on it’ in regards to a major recurring issue for hundreds of users.

I'm generally patient about updates and fixes, as I know staff have real lives of their own (as I have my own struggles), and that it takes time and work to do things for the site.
But one thing I can't be understanding of, is why does it take weeks before there is any kind of word from staff about a problem, if anything at all? Why does it take a "Sell CS" thread for a response? Even just a "we are aware!" would be something.

After weeks of seeing others receive an error message trying to adopt, hoping it wouldn't happen to me, it finally did just this last opening. (With a Queen of Hearts dog nonetheless)
Was it previously adopted long before it showed up on my page? (3rd) Could this be the case for other's errors? Is it possible to switch back to the original pound until this is fixed? Or will it be like this for months before anything is done?

It seems like the speedup of the adoption process has caused a pile-up further down the line, where previously that used to work fine as only one adoption would be processed at a time. I'm working on a fix now.

After my latest update the number of "There was a problem adopting that pet" errors in the last pound opening was down to 32, and I've collected enough logs that I hope to fix those ones as well.

So, we're back to 1.3k pets? Meanwhile we have 1.6k people online for pound?

2k pets was perfect, keep it.

Why was the amount of pets we had for easter changed back? Todays pound disappeared so fast with the amount of users online, and nobody is going to complain that they had *more* chances to get something good. Imo the 2k pets should come back, so everyone can get their fair chance at something.
